Abstract

Desa Bendosari merupakan salah satu desa wisata di Kecamatan Pujon. Sejak dijadikan sebagai desa wisata pada tahun 2008, Desa Bendosari mulai mengembangkan potensi wisata yang dimiliki. Meskipun dijadikan sebagai objek destinasi wisata, namun tingkat pertumbuhan jumlah wisatawan di Desa Bendosari semakin menurun secara signifikan. Intensitas kunjungan tertinggi wisatawan hanya pada musim tertentu. Saat ini Desa Bendosari sedang berupaya kembali mengembangkan potensi wisata yang sempat mati pada tahun 2016. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penilaian wisatawan terhadap komponen desa wisata (atraksi, aksesibilitas, dan fasilitas wisata) berdasarkan persepsi dan kepuasan wisatawan serta mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh kepuasan wisatawan terhadap niat berkunjung kembali di Desa Bendosari, Kecamatan Pujon. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisi deskriptif dan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil analisis deskriptif menujukan penilaian persepsi lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan kepuasan wisatawan. Desa Bendosari memiliki 9 objek wisata, namun hanya terdapat 2 objek wisata yang sangat diminati wisatawan yaitu Taman Pinus dan Coban Grojogan Sewu. Kualitas komponen wisata di Desa Bendosari secara keseluruhan belum memadai dalam menunjang kegiatan pariwisata khususnya pada dua objek wisata yang menjadi potensi di Desa Bendosari, sehingga penilaian kepuasan wisatawan lebih rendah. Hasil analisis regresi linier berganda menunjukan bahwa dari ketujuh variabel yang digunakan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan dengan kontribusi sebesar 69,5%. Variabel yang mempengaruhi kepuasan wisatawan adalah keindahan, keunikan, kenyamanan, keramah-tamahan, keamanan, kebersihan dan ketersediaan. Variabel keindahan memiliki nilai paling signifikan sebesar 0,000.

English Abstract

Bendosari Village is one of the tourist villages in Pujon District. Since being a tourist village in 2008, Bendosari Village began to develop its tourism potential. Although it was used as a tourist destination object, the growth rate of the number of tourists in Bendosari village declined significantly. The highest intensity of tourist visits is only in certain seasons. At present Bendosari Village is trying to re-develop tourism potential that had died in 2016. The aim of this study is to find out the rating of tourists on tourist village components (attractions, accessibility, and tourist facilities) based on tourist perceptions and satisfaction and find out how much tourist satisfaction affects intention to visit again in Bendosari Village, Pujon District. The analysis method used is descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the descriptive analysis address higher perceptions of assessment compared to tourist satisfaction. Bendosari village has 9 tourist attractions, but there are only 2 attractions that are very popular with tourists, namely Taman Pinus and Coban Grojogan Sewu. The quality of tourism components in Bendosari Village as a whole has not been sufficient to support tourism activities especially in in two potential tourism objects in Bendosari Village, so the assessment of tourist satisfaction is lower. The results of multiple linear regression analysis show that there are positive and significant effects of the seven variables used at 69.5%. Variables that influence tourist satisfaction are beauty, uniqueness, comfort, hospitality, security, cleanliness and availability. The beauty variable has the most significant value of 0,000.
