Abstract

Berdasarkan data yang diperoleh dari observasi pada Fakultas Ilmu Komputer (FILKOM) di Universitas Brawijaya yang telah memanfaatkan e-learning. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui kondisi kualitas dan kesuksesan implementasi e-learning. Penelitian ini mengunakan model evaluasi integrasi dari model penerimaan Unified Theory Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT), model kesuksesan sistem informasi DeLone & McLean dan model kesesuaian manusia-organisasi-teknologi HOT Fit terintegrasi dengan modifikasi yang disesuaikan dengan karakteristik Fakultas Ilmu Komputer dan dapat menggambarkan kesuksesan dan penerimaan e-learning. Data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini didapatkan dari 100 responden dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner. Analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode statistik deskriptif. Hasil pengolahan data yang dilakukan yaitu variabel Social influence, service quality, User Satisfaction, Top Management Support, dan Organization support masuk ke dalam kategori cukup tinggi, dan variabel lainnya masuk ke kategori tinggi. Rekomendasi yang diberikan berdasarkan indikator tiap variabel yang memiliki nilai di bawah rata-rata total sehingga nantinya dapat meningkatkan kualitas dan kesuksesan implementasi e-learning

English Abstract

Based on data obtained from observations at the Faculty of Computer Science (FILKOM) in Universitas Brawijaya who have made use e-learning. This study aims to determine the quality conditions and the success of e-learning implementation. This study uses an integration evaluation model from the acceptance model of the Unified Theory Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT), the success information system model of DeLone & McLean and the HOT Fit human-organization-technology conformity model integrated with modifications adapted to the characteristics of the Faculty of Computer Science and can describe the success and acceptance of e-learning itself. The used data in this study were obtained from 100 respondents using purposive sampling technique. Data collection is done through a questionnaires. Data analysis in this study used descriptive statistical methods. The results shows that Social influence variables, service quality, User Satisfaction, Top Management Support, and Organization support into the high enough category, and other variables enter the high category. The recommendations from this study are based on indicators of each variable which has a value below the total average so that later it can improve the quality and success of e-learning implementation.
