Abstract
Makam Bung Karno merupakan salah satu ikon pariwisata di Kota Blitar dengan wisata religi bernuansa kebangsaan. Makam Bung Karno menjadi tempat berkunjung oleh berbagai lapisan masyarakat baik wisatawan domestik maupun internasional ke Kota Blitar. Wisata Makam Bung Karno menjadi daya tarik tersendiri terhadap setiap orang yang berkunjung ke Kota Blitar. Statistik pengunjung dari tahun 2012-2017 mengalami peningkatan sebesar 17,5% pertahun. Tidak dipungkiri bahwa Makam Bung Karno menjadi aset berharga dan potensi daerah yang dimiliki Kota Blitar. Pengunjung yang datang mengalami pengalaman penting terhadap Makam Bung Karno dikarenakan suasana positif. Ditambah lagi sosok Soekarno adalah sosok penting bagi Bangsa Indonesia. Oleh karena itu eksplorasi dirasa perlu untuk mengungkap bagaimana pengunjung membentuk keterikatan dengan Makam Bung Karno. Penelitian ini bertujuan mencari keterikatan antara pengunjung dengan Makam Bung Karno sebagai satu kesatuan tempat yang kompleks. Penelitian menggunakan gagasan besar induktif diawali dari lapangan hingga ke teori. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pengambilan data melalui observasi, wawancara dan fotografi. Data dianalisis menjadi kategori–kategori hingga merumuskan tema (culture domain). Tema-tema dibahas dengan teori yang berkaitan untuk merumuskan hasil dan temuan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa keterikatan pengunjung terhadap Makam Bung Karno terjadi dipengaruhi oleh (1) dimensi proses (afeksi, kognisi, perilaku); (2) atribut fisik; (3) keterlibatan sosial; (4) pelaku; (5) waktu; dan (6) daya. Adanya place attachment memperlihatkan bahwa Makam Bung Karno mampu terhubung dengan pengunjung.
English Abstract
Makam Bung Karno is one of the icons of tourism in the city of Blitar with religious nuances of nationalism. The tomb of Bung Karno became a place of visit by various layers of society both domestic and international tourists to Blitar City. Makam Bung Karno’s Tourism is the main attraction for everyone visiting Blitar City. Visitor statistics from 2012- 2017 increased by 17.5% on an annual basis. It is undeniable that the Makam Bung Karno became a valuable asset and the potential of the area owned by Blitar City. Visitors who came to experience important experiences regarding Makam Bung Karno because of the positive atmosphere. Plus the figure of Soekarno was an important figure for the Indonesian Nation. Therefore exploration is deemed necessary to reveal how visitors form an attachment to Makam Bung Karno. This research aims to find an attachment between visitors and Makam Bung Karno as a complex unity of place. Research using inductive big ideas starts from the field to the theory. This research is a qualitative research with data collection through observation, interviews and photography. Data are analyzed into categories to form a theme (culture domain). The themes are discussed with related theories to formulate results and findings. The results of this study indicate that the visitor's attachment to the tomb of Bung Karno occurred due to (1) the dimensions of the process (affection, cognition, psychomotor); (2) physical attributes; (3) social involvement; (4) actors; (5) time; and (6) power. The place attachment shows that the Tomb of Bung Karno is able to connect with visitors.
