Abstract

Permasalahan yang terjadi di Jaringan Irigasi Tekung adalah terdapat beberapa kerusakan pada aset irigasi JI Tekung terutama di saluran sehingga menyebabkan menurunnya nilai efisiensi dan kinerja saluran, sehingga perlu adanya perhitungan efisiensi saluran untuk dapat menentukan upaya yang diperlukan untuk meningkatkan nilai efisiensi saluran. Hal ini yang mendasari pengambilan studi penentuan prioritas rehabilitasi saluran berdasarkan efisiensi saluran pada saluran Sekunder Tekung Jaringan Irigasi Tekung, Kabupaten Lumajang. Sehingga tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu mengetahui efisiensi saluran, kinerja saluran, prioritas rehabilitasi saluran, dan biaya rehabilitasi saluran dengan menyajikan dalam peta kondisi saluran Sekunder Tekung dengan aplikasi Google Earth. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah nilai efisiensi saluran sekunder Tekung sebesar 85%, nilai kinerja saluran pada saluran sekunder Tekung sebesar 69% atau dikategorikan dalam kondisi kurang. Prioritas rehabilitasi saluran peringkat 1 adalah ruas ke-6 (BTK 5D-BTK5) dengan nilai efisiensi sebesar 78% dan kinerja saluran 60% dimana talud kanan rusak sepanjang 100m dan membutuhkan anggaran biaya untuk pekerjaan rehabilitasi saluran sebesar Rp.95.645.000,00. Prioritas rehabilitasi saluran peringkat 2 adalah ruas ke-9 (BTK 7E - BTK 7) dengan nilai efisiensi sebesar 79% dan kinerja saluran 60% dimana talud kanan rusak sepanjang 45m dan membutuhkan anggaran biaya untuk pekerjaan rehabilitasi saluran sebesar Rp.43.040.800,00. Prioritas rehabilitasi saluran peringkat 3 adalah ruas ke-8 (BTK 5 – BTK 6) dengan nilai efisiensi sebesar 83% dan kinerja saluran 60% dimana talud kiri rusak sepanjang 12m dan membutuhkan anggaran biaya untuk pekerjaan rehabilitasi saluran sebesar Rp.11.440.000,00

English Abstract

One of the problems that occur in Tekung Irrigation Network is the irrigation assets start to crack and collapse, primarily in the channel. It cause a degradation in the value of water conveyance efficiency and channel condition. Several technical approaches are necessary to determine the apropiate work to increase the water conveyance efficiency. This problem is the main focus that underlies in taking study of channel rehabilitation priority determination based on water conveyance effficiency in Secondary Channel of Tekung Irrigation Network in Lumajang Regency So the purposes of this study are to determine the water conveyance, to know the channel condition, to decide the channel rehabilitation priority, and to calculate the channel rehabilitation costs by presenting a map of the condition of the Secondary Channel with Google Earth application. The results of this study were Tekung secondary channel efficiency value was 85%, channel condition value in Tekung secondary channel was 69% or can be categorized as severe condition. The 1st rank of channel rehabilitation priority was the 6th section (BTK 5D - BTK5) with an efficiency value was 78% and channel condition was 60% where the right lining had damaged along 100m and required channel rehabilitation cost of Rp.95,645,000.00. The 2nd rank of channel rehabilitation priority was the 9th section (BTK 7E - BTK 7) with an efficiency value was 79% and channel condition was 60% where the right lining had damaged along 45m and required channel rehabilitation cost of Rp.43,040,800.00. The 3rd rank of channel rehabilitation priority was the 8th section (BTK 5 - BTK 6) with an efficiency value was 83% and channel condition was 60% where the left lining had damaged along 12m and required channel rehabilitation cost of Rp.11,440,000.00.
