Abstract
Permukiman bantaran sungai Kampung Sungai Bilu Laut merupakan kawasan permukiman kumuh yang baru ditata oleh pemerintah pada Tahun 2017. Permukiman kumuh yang baru ditata belum memiliki citra kawasan yang jelas. Maka dari itu Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui identitas fisik dan non fisik permukiman bantaran sungai Kampung Sungai Bilu Laut setelah ditata oleh pemerintah, serta mengetahui hubungan yang terbentuk antara identitas fisik dan non fisik. Identitas fisik meliputi landmark, node, path, edge, ruang terbuka, bentuk dan massa bangunan, serta aktivitas pendukung. Identitas non fisik meliputi fungsi kawasan, makna sosial, nama kawasan, dan sejarah. Analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Analisis Delphi, analisis statistik deskriptif, dan content analysis. Hasil akhir dari analisis diketahui bahwa identitas fisik yang paling kuat merupakan landmark berupa bangunan berwarna hijau. Identitas non fisik yang paling kuat yaitu fungsi kawasan berupa kegiatan wisata. Identitas bangunan berwarna hijau dengan kegiatan wisata memiliki hubungan.
English Abstract
Riverbank settlement Kampong Sungai Bilu Laut is a slum area that has just been arranged by the government in 2017. The newly arranged slums do not yet have a clear regional image. Therefore, this study aims to determine the physical and non-physical identities of Kampong Sungai Bilu Laut riverbank settlements after being arranged by the government, as well as knowing the relationships that are formed between physical and non-physical identities. Physical identity includes landmarks, nodes, paths, edges, open spaces, building form and massing, and activity support. Non-physical identity includes regional functions, social meanings, regional names, and history. The analysis used in this study is Delphi Analysis, descriptive statistical analysis, and content analysis. The final result of the analysis shows that the strongest physical identity is a landmark in the form of a green building. The strongest non-physical identity is the function of the area consisting of tourism activities. The identity of the building is green with tourism activities having a relationship.
