Abstract

Jakone mobile adalah layanan internet banking produk milik PT. Bank DKI. Dalam penerapannya, pengguna merasa informasi pada Jakone mobile tidak ditampilkan secara detail sehingga membuat pengguna merasa kurang yakin saat menggunakan. Selain itu pengguna merasa cemas ketika melakukan transaksi pada aplikasi Jakone mobile karena aplikasi sering mengalami error, sehingga membuat pelanggan merasa kurang puas. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut aplikasi ini perlu dilakukan evaluasi usability untuk mengukur kegunaaan aplikasi Jakone mobile serta dapat memberikan rekomendasi perbaikan aplikasi Jakone mobile berdasarkan hasil dari penelitian yang dilakukan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode usability testing dengan aspek yaitu learnability, effectiveness, dan efficiency. Penyebaran kuesioner SUS digunakan untuk mendapatkan aspek satisfaction. Pengujian usability dan wawancara dilakukan oleh 5 orang pengguna baru aplikasi Jakone mobile. Kuesioner SUS dilakukan oleh 20 orang pengguna aktif aplikasi Jakone mobile. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian menunjukkan aspek learnability senilai 94%, aspek effectiveness senilai 11%, aspek efficiency senilai 19%, dan aspek satisfaction senilai 67% dari kuesioner SUS yang menunjukkan aplikasi perlu perbaikan. Berdasarkan hasil wawancara ditemukan permasalahan pada aspek learnability yaitu deskripsi tidak diberikan keterangan, kesulitan memilih icon, field transfer kurang dipahami. Aspek satisfaction terdapat permasalahan yaitu notifikasi kurang jelas, dan button tidak konsisten. Aspek efficiency terdapat permasalahan yaitu menu sulit ditemukan. Dari permasalahan tersebut akan digunakan untuk menyusun rekomendasi berdasarkan usability guidelines yang sesuai dari permasalahan.

English Abstract

Jakone mobile is an internet banking service product that owned by PT. Bank DKI. This application’s usability needs to be evaluated to measure its usability of the Jakone mobile application as well as finding problems and give the recommendations to improve Jakone mobile application in the future. Based on an observation that has done to some user Jakone mobile said that the application of frequent error. The user feel the information concerning the data plan features not presented in detail. The method used in this research is the usability testing method with learnability, effectiveness and efficiency as the aspect used. Satisfaction aspect will be measured using the System Usability Scale (SUS) questionnaire. The determination of the respondents usability testing and interview were conducted by 5 new users of Jakone mobile application. The questionnaire was conducted by 20 active users of Jakone mobile application. Based on the test results of testing the level of convenience is 94% (learnability), level of error on user is 11% (effectiveness), level of time efficiency is 0,19 or 19% (efficiency), level of user’s satisfaction is 67% (satisfaction). The results of an interview on the aspect of learnability there is the problem namely description do not be asked, difficulty choose icon, poorly conceived field transfer, field transfer poorly conceived. On the satisfaction notification there is a problem that is not clear, and button inconsistent, On the efficient menu difficult found that there is a problem. The problems in this application should be given recommendations based on appropriate usability guidelines from the problems of Jakone mobile application.
