Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat hubungan antara sensation seeking dengan pengambilan keputusan karir pada fotografer. Partisipan yang terlibat dalam penelitian ini adalah 138 fotografer usia minimal 20 tahun dan telah menggeluti profesi sebagai fotografer minimal 2 tahun . Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuisioner yang merupakan skala sensation seeking dan skala pengambilan keputusan karir. Analisis data menggunakan analisis uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji kolerasi (product moment pearson) dengan pendekatan asumsi klasik. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya hubungan yang signifikan antara sensation seeking dan pengambilan keputusan karir pada fotografer.
English Abstract
This research is aimed at knowing the impact between sensation seeking toward the decision making. The participant used in this research is the photographer with minimum age of 20 years old and already done this profession as photographer minimum already 2 years. The Instrument used Sensation Seeking and decision making. The Data Analysis used in this research is by using simple linear regression analysis. From the result of this research, it can be seen that there are significant role between sensation seeking and decision making on the photographer
