Abstract
Penulisan penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dimensi kualitas layanan terhadap kepuasan penonton. Jenis penelitian ini adalah explanatory research yang menjelaskan hubungan kausal antar varibel-variabelnya melalui pengujian hipotesis. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel sebanyak 160 responden dengan menggunakan teknik non-probability sampling metode purposive sampling. Kriteria yang termasuk responden dalam penelian ini yaitu pernah menonton maksimal dalam 1 bulan terakhir, usia minimal 17 tahun, dan berinteraksi langsung dengan karyawan (melakukan pembelian hingga telah menonton dan meninggalkan bioskop). Uji hipotesis dilakukan menggunakan uji t. Analisis data menggunakan SPSS dan dibantu oleh software SPSS ver. 20.0 untuk memudahkan penelitian. Dari hasil pengujian terhadap kelima hipotesis yang telah dilakukan dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel Reliability(X1), Responsiveness(X2), Assurance(X3), Empathy (X4), Tangible(X5) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan penonton Aurora Cinemas.
English Abstract
The writing of this study aims to determine the effect of service quality dimensions on audiences satisfaction. This type of research is explanatory research which explains the causal relationship between the variables through hypothesis testing. This study uses a sample of 160 respondents using a non-probability sampling technique purposive sampling. Criteria that included respondents in this study were having watched the maximum in the past 1 month, at least 17 years of age, and interacting directly with employees (making purchases to watching and leaving the cinema). Hypothesis testing is done using the t-test. Data analysis using SPSS and assisted by SPSS software ver. 20.0 to facilitate research. From the results of testing on the five hypotheses that have been done, it can be concluded that the variable of Reliability (X1), Responsiveness (X2), Assurance (X3), Empathy (X4), Tangible (X5) has a positive and significant effect on moviegoer satisfaction Aurora Cinema
