Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh norma subjektif, perceived behavioral control dan persepsi keamanan terhadap minat masyarakat dalam menggunakan Peer to Peer Lending . Objek penelitian ini adalah masyarakat Kota Malang yang pernah mengambil kredit baik pada Peer to Peer Lending atau lembaga keuangan lain. Sebanyak 100 data berhasil dikumpulkan menggunakan metode survei dengan teknik convenience sampling. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan aplikasi SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa minat masyarakat dalam menggunakan Peer to Peer Lending dipengaruhi oleh norma subjektif, perceived behavioral control, dan persepsi keamanan.

English Abstract

The aim of this study is to examine the influence of subjective norms, perceived behavioral control and security perceptions of people in using Peer- to-peer lending. The object of this research is people in the City of Malang who have taken credit from either peer- to-peer lending or other financial institutions. Data on 100 samples were collected using the survey method with the convenience sampling technique. Data analysis was performed using the SmartPLS application. The results showed that public interest in using peer- to-peer lending is influenced by subjective norms, perceived behavioral control, and security perceptions.
