Abstract
Capaian pembangunan ekonomi di masa depan adalah pemerataan ekonomi. Untuk menuju hal tersebut dapat dilakukan melalui pengembangan pusat-pusat pertumbuhan dan kedekantan jarak antar wilayah. Maka penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui peran sektor basis, fasilitas umum dan ketetapan gaji terhadap hasil pembangunan ekonomi yang dilihat dari perolehan PDRB 38 kabupaten/kota di Jawa Timur. Menurut Tarigan (2005 : 54) teori pertumbuhan jalur cepat melihat pentingnya menentukan sektor kompetitif dalam upaya percepatan perekonomian. Tetapi untuk itu perlu juga mempertimbangkan prioritas pembangunan yang akan dilakukan antara sektor produktif atau prasarana. Oleh sebab itu, penting untuk mengetahui apa saja sektor basis dengan kriteria unggulan setiap wilayah dan bagaimana pengaruh faktor fasilitas umum dan ketetapan gaji terhadap pendapatan(PDRB). Hasil penelitian ini menjukkan sektor basis setiap wilayah memiliki kemiripan sehingga dapat digolongkan dalam 3 kelompok serta berkontribusi besar terhadap perekonomian dengan metode analisis LQ, DLQ, Base Multiplier dan perubahan total pendapatan. Sedangkan variabel listrik dan PDRB 1 tahun lalu berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perolehan PDRB menggunakan metode FEM regresi data panel
English Abstract
The achievement of economic development in the future is economic equality. To get to this, it can be done through the development of centers of growth and proximity between regions. So this study was conducted to determine the role of the basis sector, public facilities and salary stipulations on the results of economic development seen from the acquisition of GRDP of 38 districts/cities in East Java. According to Tarigan (2005: 54) the theory of fast track growth sees the importance of determining the competitive sector in an effort to accelerate the economy. But for this reason, it is also necessary to consider the development priorities that will be carried out between the productive sector or infrastructure. Therefore, it is important to know what are the basis sectors with the superior criteria of each region and how the influence of public facilities factors and the determination of salary to income(GRDP). The results of this study indicate that the basis sector of each region has similarities so that it can be classified into 3 groups and contribute greatly to the economy with LQ, DLQ, Base Multiplier and total revenue changes. While the electric variable and GRDP 1 year ago had a positive and significant effect on the acquisition of GRDP using the FEM method of panel data regression.
