Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merumuskan strategi bagi Perusahaan Sandal Toyosima Singosari dengan pembuatan Business Model Canvas yang di desain dengan membuat 9 blok bangun untuk mengetahui kinerja perusahaan lebih jelas. Setelah 9 blok Business Model Canvas di buat selanjutnya kanvas tersebut di bagi menjadi 3 jenis bisnis menggunakan model bisnis Un-Bundling sehingga salah satu dari 3 model bisnis tersebut dapat menjadi fokus perusahaan Toyosima. Penelitian ini menggunakan 3 jenis metode pengumpulan data yang berbeda yaitu wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi, kemudian hasil pengumpulan data tersebut akan di ringkas dan diambil kesimpulan. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebaiknya Toyosima menggunakan salah satu strategi sesuai dengan model bisnis Un-Bundling yaitu bisnis Inovasi Produk. Artinya Toyosima harus berfokus untuk meningkatkan nilai dari produk yang dihasilkan dan lebih berfokus pada blok Value proposition dalam Business Model Canvas.

English Abstract

This study aims to formulate a strategy for the Toyosima Singosari Sandal Company by making Business Model Canvas designed by making 9 building blocks to find out the company's performance more clearly. After 9 blocks of Business Model Canvas, then the canvas is divided into 3 types of businesses using models the Un-Bundling business so that one of the three business models can become the focus of Toyosima's company. This study uses 3 different types of data collection methods, namely interviews, observation, and documentation, then the results of the data collection will be summarized and conclusions are taken. The results of the study show that Toyosima should use one of the strategies according to the Un-Bundling business model, namely the Product Innovation business. Meaning Toyosima must focus on increasing the value of products produced and focused on the Value proposition block in Business Model Canvas.
