Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Corporate Social Responsibility terhadap Citra Perusahaan PT Telekomunikasi Selular. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu explanatory research dengan menggunakan data primer dan data skunder, dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Taman Singha Merjosari Malang, dengan menggunakan sampel sebanyak 140 orang responden yang menggunakan LOOP Arena di Taman Singha Merjosari Malang dengan teknik sampel menggunakan nonprobability sampling. Uji hipotesis dilakukan dengan melihat nilai probabilitas dan tstatistik. Analisis data menggunakan Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) dibantu dengan SPSS for Windows 23.00. Hasil pengujian dari penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa variabel community support (X1) dan product (X2) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap citra perusahaan (Y).

English Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Corporate Social Responsibility on Company Image PT Telekomunikasi Selular. The type of research used is explanatory research using primary data and secondary data, with a quantitative approach. This research was conducted in Singha Merjosari Park Malang, using a sample of 140 respondents who used the LOOP Arena in Taman Singha Merjosari Malang with a sampling technique using non-probability sampling. Hypothesis testing is done by looking at probability values and t-statistics. Data analysis using Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) assisted by SPSS for Windows 23.00. The test results from this study state that community support (X1) and product (X2) variables have a significant effect on company image (Y).
