Abstract
Pemerintah memberikan investasi secara langsung berupa Penyertaan Modal Pemerintah kepada Badan Usaha Milik Negara untuk mendukung program Pemerintah. Investasi yang diberikan diambil dari dana Anggaran Pendapatan Belanja Negara. Oleh karena itu, timbal balik yang diberikan Badan Usaha Milik Negara harus seimbang dengan investasi yang diberikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis variabel yang mempengaruhi Pertumbuhan Aktiva, Efisiensi dan Kinerja Keuangan pada perusahaan Badan Usaha Milik Negara yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2013-2017. Variabel yang diuji dalam penelitian ini adalah Penyertaan Modal Pemerintah. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan Badan Usaha Milik Negara dari beberapa sektor bisnis sejumlah 7 perusahaan yang dipilih dengan menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier sederhana, dimana penyertaan modal sebagai variabel independen diuji secara terpisah satu persatu untuk mengetahui pengaruhnya terhadap variabel dependen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pertama, penyertaaan modal yang diberikan oleh pemerintah pusat berpengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan aktiva BUMN, namun pengaruh yang diberikan adalah pengaruh negatif. Kedua, penyertaan modal yang diberikan oleh pemerintah pusat berpengaruh terhadap efisiensi BUMN, namun pengaruh yang diberikan adalah pengaruh negatif. Ketiga, penyertaan modal yang diberikan oleh pemerintah pusat berpengaruh terhadap kinerja keuangan BUMN dan pengaruh yang diberikan adalah pengaruh positif
English Abstract
The government provides investments directly in the form of Government Capital Investment to State-Owned Enterprises to support Government programs. The investment provided is taken from the state budget. Therefore, reciprocity given by State-Owned Enterprises must be balanced with the investment given. Things that can measure are seen from the performance of the company. This study aims to examine and analyze the variables that affect the Growth of Assets, Efficiency and Financial Performance in the company of State Owned Enterprises listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2013-2017. The variables tested in this study were Government Capital Investment. The population in this study were State-Owned Enterprises from a number of 7 business sectors which were selected using saturated sampling techniques. The analytical method used is simple linear regression analysis, where equity participation as an independent variable is tested separately one by one to determine its effect on the dependent variable. The results of the study show that first, government capital investment provided by the central government has an effect on the growth of BUMN assets, but the influence given is negative influence. Second, government capital investment provided by the central government has an effect on the efficiency of BUMN, but the influence given is negative influence. Third, government capital investment provided by the central government influences the financial performance of BUMN and the influence given is a positive influence
