Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi implementasi whistleblowing system di PT Pupuk Kalimantan Timur. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa PT Pupuk Kalimantan Timur sudah memperlihatkan keseriusannya dalam melakukan implementasi whistleblowing system di lingkungan perusahaannya. Hal ini telah terbukti dari telah terpenuhi sebagian besar unsur yang terdapat dalam Pedoman Pelaporan Pelanggaran (WBS) yang dibuat oleh Komite Nasional Kebijakan Governance (KNKG). Meskipun, masih memerlukan perbaikan terutama dalam hal pemberian reward terhadap pelapor serta sosialisasi.
English Abstract
This study is aimed to evaluate the implementation of a whistleblowing system at PT Pupuk Kalimantan Timur. This research is a descriptive qualitative study with a case study approach. The results showed that PT Pupuk Kalimantan Timur had demonstrated its seriousness in implementing a whistleblowing system in its corporate environment. This has been proven by the fulfillment of most of the elements contained in the Violation Reporting Guidelines (WBS) made by the National Committee on Governance (KNKG). Even so, there still need to be improvement, especially in terms of rewarding those who report, as well as communication about the system.
