Abstract
Penelitian ini tentang pemberdayaan pada komunitas kreatif yang terbentuk secara komunal yaitu Komunitas By One. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk melihat upaya-upaya pemberdayaan yang dilakukan komunitas terhadap anggotanya serta menganalisis peluang dan tantangan yang mereka hadapi pada proses bertahan dalam dunia fotografi. Alat analisis untuk penelitian ini adalah teori ACTORS Cook dan Macaulay, serta dibantu dengan konsep komunitas. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif, dengan jenis pendekatan deskriptif yang menjelaskan tentang proses pemberdayaan yang dilakukan sebuah komunitaf kreatif terhadap anggotanya. Berdsarkan penelitian yang dilakukan diperoleh hasil bahwa pemberdayaan yang dilakukan Komunitas By One terhadap anggotanya menunjukan bahwa dalam proses pemberdayaan yang dilakukan dari enam poin pemberdayaan berdasar ACTORS (Authority, Confidence and Compentence, Trust, Opportunity, Responsibilities, Support) terdapat empat poin yang cukup baik yaitu confidence and compentence, trust, opportunity, dan support. Pada dua poin lainya yaitu authority dan responsibilities kurang diperhatikan. Selain itu tanggung jawab dari setiap pengurus kurang maksimal karena dampak dari pemberdayaan yang dilakukan, dan kesibukan tawaraan pekerjaan memotret bagi sebagian pengurus. Hal tersebut membuat kepengurusan tidak berjalan secara maksimal dan berakibat pada jadwal kegiatan komunitas yang berkurang intensitasnya. Pemberdayaan yang dilakukan komunitas ini untuk anggotanya kurang pada sisi authority dan responsibilities menurut sudut pandang teori ACTORS.
English Abstract
This research is about empowering creative community that wasformed with general situation called BY ONE Community. This study has a purpose to see an empowerment effort to every single member of the community and also analyzing the opportunities and challenges of their process in order to survive in world of photography. The instrument of this study is called ACTORS COOK and MARCUALY with concept of community. This study is used qualitative methodology because with this descriptive approach, the researcher can explained the empowerment process of every single member of creative community. The result of this study by using six point of ACTORS (Authority, Confidence, Competence, Trust, Opportunity, Responsibility, and Supports) that was done BY ONE Community shows that there are four points the researcher thinks good, which is confidence and competence, trust, opportunity and supports. But the other two point which is authority and responsibility the researcher thinks that it should be upgrade. The researcher also thinks that each member of community is lack of responsibility because the member has many job offer in photography. This situation makes the schedule of organization is not organized as well and lack of intensity. So that is why the researcher thinks that the empowerment effort of every single member oh the community is not enough in authority and responsibility besed on ACTORS theory.
