Abstract

Artikel ini menganalisis mengenai pemeliharaan aset dalam tingkat daerah khususnya kendaraan dinas yang digunakan oleh Satuan Kerja Perangkat Daerah terkait. Melalui penggunaan metode penelitian yuridis sosiologis sehingga memperoleh kesimpulan bahwa dalam pemeliharan kendaraan dinas perlu adanya regulasi yang dijalankan dengan baik serta diawasi dengan baik pemeliharaan kendaraan dinas agar dapat digunakan secara baik dalam jangka panjang. Peraturan Pemerintah Pasal 47 Tahun 2014 Nomor 27 Ayat 2 diatur lebih lanjut dalam Peraturan Walikota Batu Nomor 3 Tahun 2016 Pasal 18 Tentang Pemakaian Kendaraan Dinas, Pengelolaan Penggunaan Bahan Bakar Minyak Untuk Kendaraan Dinas, dan Pemeliharaan Kendaraan Dinas di Lingkungan Pemerintah Kota Batu bertujuan untuk mempermudah pelaksanaan pemeliharaan kendaraan dinas yang sesuai dengan peraturan dari pemerintah.

English Abstract

This article analyzes the maintenance of assets in the regional level, especially official vehicles used by relevant Regional Government Work Units. Through the use of sociological juridical research methods, so it can be concluded that for maintaining official vehicles, it needs regulations which are well-implemented and well-monitored to maintain official vehicles, so they can be used well for long time. Article 47 Paragraph (2) of Government Regulation Number 27 Year 2014 that is further regulated in Article 18 of Regulation of Mayor of Batu City Number 3 Year 2016 on Use of Official Vehicles, Management of Use of Fuels for Official Vehicles, and Maintenance of Official Vehicles in the area of Government of Batu City that aims to facilitate the implementation of maintenance of official vehicles in accordance with the Regulation from Government.
