Abstract

Adanya aplikasi mobile dalam jual beli online, semakin memudahkan transaksi jual beli dengan akses kemudahan transaksi dimana saja dan kapan saja. Sekitar 95 persen pembeli mengkaji suatu produk atau layanan melalui ponsel. Aplikasi Shopee memimpin sebagai aplikasi paling popular nomor satu pada Google AppStore kategori free dan shopping, disusul oleh Tokopedia pada peringkat ke-2 dan Bukalapak pada peringkat ke-4. Penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk mengetahui apakah pengguna aplikasi memilih aplikasi berdasarkan usability ataukah faktor lain. PACMAD (People At The Centre of Mobile Application Development) merupakan usability yang dikembangkan dengan memperhatikan batasan dan karakterisitik dari perangkat bergerak. People At The Center of Mobile Application Development (PACMAD) usability model mengidentifikasi 7 atribut yang mencerminkan kegunaan aplikasi : effectiveness, efficiency, satisfaction, learnability, memorability, errors dan Cognitive Load. Metode PACMAD dirasa cocok untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan dengan sentimen review pengguna aplikasi mobile. Capaian nilai usability yang dilakukan kepada tiga aplikasi yaitu Tokopedia, Bukalapak dan Shopee mengalami peningkatan yang rata pada aspek efficiency. Sedangkan pada aspek effectiveness hanya Bukalapak yang mengalami peningkatan, sedangkan Tokopedia dan Shopee mengalami penurunan. Aspek learnability menghasilkan nilai yang sejalan dengan aspek effectiveness. Nilai aspek memorability didapatkan sejalan dengan kombinasi perbandingan nilai effectiveness dan efficiency. Nilai SUS score yang menandakan kepuasan pengguna Shopee mendapatkan nilai diatas rata-rata sebesar 73,75, sedangkan Tokopedia dan Bukalapak masih mendapatkan nilai dibawah rata-rata dengan nilai capaian Tokopedia sebesar 65,83 dan Bukalapak sebesar 67,92. Shopee mendapat NASARTLX score sebesar 8,2 disusul oleh Tokopedia sebesar 6,69 dan Bukalapak dengan nilai 5,35 untuk penilaian aspek cognitive load yang mengindikasikan beratnya tuntutan penggunaan aplikasi.

English Abstract

The existence of a mobile application in online buying and selling, makes it easier for buying and selling transactions with easy access to transactions anywhere and anytime. About 95 percent of buyers review products or services via cellphone. Shopee application leads as the most popular application on Google AppStore category free and shopping, followed by Tokopedia in the second place and Bukalapak in the 4th place. This research is intended to find out whether application users choose applications based on usability or other factors. PACMAD (People At The Center of Mobile Application Development) is usability model which developed with emphasizing limitations and characteristics of mobile devices. People At The Center of Mobile Application Development (PACMAD) usability model identified 7 attributes that reflect application usability: effectiveness, efficiency, satisfaction, learnability, memorability, errors and Cognitive Load. The PACMAD method is considered suitable for solving problems with sentiments of review of mobile application users. The achievement of usability values carried out on three applications namely Tokopedia, Bukalapak and Shopee experienced a flat increase in efficiency aspects. Only Bukalapak's effectiveness aspect has increased, unlike Tokopedia and Shopee. Learnability aspects produce values that are in line with aspects of effectiveness. The value of the memorability aspect is obtained in line with the combination of the comparison of effectiveness and efficiency values. The value of SUS score, which indicates the satisfaction of users, made Shopee gets above average score at 73.75, while Tokopedia and Bukalapak get scores below the average within Tokopedia's score at 65.83 and Bukalapak at 67.92. Shopee got NASA-RTLX score at 8.2 followed by Tokopedia at 6.69 and Bukalapak with a value at 5.35 for the assessment of cognitive load aspects which indicat the severity of the demand for application use.
