Abstract

Ruangguru adalah bimbingan belajar online yang menawarkan produknya yang memiliki solusi terlengkap hanya dalam sebuah aplikasi kepada siswa/i atau pelajar Indonesia. Peneliti melakukan wawacara dengan pengguna Aplikasi Ruangguru, penggunaan Ruangguru itu sendiri cukup memiliki pengaruh postif dalam proses pembelajaran. Tetapi ada beberapa permasalahan yang dirasakan oleh pengguna Ruangguru. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis Aplikasi Ruangguru dengan cara mengidentifikasi, mengategorikan, dan memprioritaskan kebutuhan berdasarkan kepuasan pengguna Aplikasi Ruangguru sehingga dapat mengurangi permasalahan pengguna aktif yang dapat meningkatkan kualitas Aplikasi Ruangguru. Metode yang digunakan adalah Fuzzy Kano. Kano Model diekstensi dengan menggunakan konsep Fuzzy yang disebut dengan Fuzzy Kano. Fuzzy Kano merupakan teknik pengembangan produk secara kuantitatif dan obyektif berdasarkan penilaian dari kepuasan pelanggan untuk meningkatkan kualitas produk. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan purposive sampling sehingga target minimal respoden sebesar 97 responden. Penyebaran kuesioner kepada responden dengan kriteria siswa/I yang menggunakan Aplikasi Ruangguru dan sedang berada di bangku Sekolah Menengah Pertama (SMP) dan Sekolah Menengah Atas (SMA) di Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tanggerang, dan Bekasi JABODETABEK. Hasil dari penelitian ini, terdapat 35 requirement berdasarkan kebutuhan pengguna pada Aplikasi Ruangguru yang dibagi menjadi 3 kelompok berdasarkan proses bisnis dari layanan Ruangguru, terdiri dari: 26 requirement pada proses Ruangbelajar, 6 requirement pada proses Digitalbootcamp, 3 requirement pada proses pembelian. Dari 35 requirement yang didefinisikan sebagai fitur aplikasi, 12 fitur termasuk ke dalam kategori one-dimensional. Terdapat tujuh fitur termasuk kategori attractive quality attribute. Enam belas fitur termasuk ke kategori indifferent quality attribute. Prioritas paling tinggi yaitu, fitur “Mendapatkan penjelasan jawaban” pada kategori one-dimensional, “Mengerjakan kuis” pada kategori attractive quality, “Melihat penjelasan tutor (teks)” pada kategori Indifferent quality.

English Abstract

Ruangguru is online tutoring service that offers products which has the most complete solutions to problems that students from all over Indonesia face during their studies which is in the form of an application. The author conducts interviews with users whom have tried using Ruangguru, the usage of Ruangguru affects the studying process in a positive manner. However, there were a few problems that occurred to the users of Ruangguru. The goal of this research is to analyze the Ruangguru application with methods concerning identifying, categorizing, and prioritizing requirements based on user satisfaction to which can decrease the problems experienced by active users that may increase the overall quality of the Ruangguru application. A Fuzzy Kano method is utilized. The Kano Model is extended with a Fuzzy concept which is names Fuzzy Kano. Fuzzy Kano is a quantitative and objective product development technique based on scores calculated from user satisfaction to raise a product's quality. This research uses purposive sampling, which targets a minimum of 97 respondents. Questionnaires are distributed to respondents who are students who use the Ruangguru application and are currently studying in middle school (SMP) and High School (SMA) in Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang, and Bekasi (JABODETABEK). The results are then categorized into 35 requirements based on user requirements while using the Ruangguru application which are then split into three groups based on business processes in the Ruangguru application, which consists of: 26 requirements towards the study location, 6 requirements based on the Digitalbootcamp process, three requirements based on purchasing process. Out of 35 requirements defined as application features, 12 features are categorized as one-dimensional. There are seven features that fall in the attractive quality attribute category. A total of sixteen features fall under the indifferent quality attribute category. A priority list starting from the most important are feature "received explanation of the answer" in the one-dimensional category, "Finished the quiz" in the attractive quality category, "Viewed the tutor's explanation (in the form of text)" in the indifferent quality category
