Abstract
Dewasa ini tidak sedikit penelitian dilakukan di laboratorium, rumah kaca dan lingkungan yang bersifat homogen lain. Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) digunakan dalam kondisi tersebut. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah penerapan model linier umum pada analisis ragam terhadap data tinggi tunas Anthurium plowmanii Croat (cm) yang dihasilkan dari percobaan menggunakan rancangan acak lengkap. Kesingularan matriks rancangan pada model linier umum dapat diatasi dengan reparameterisasi. Pengujian hipotesis pada analisis ragam menghasilkan penerimaan hipotesis nol yang berarti bahwa pemberian kombinasi sitokinin dan auksin tidak menambah tinggi tunas Anthurium plowmanii Croat
English Abstract
Today many studies are conducted in laboratories, greenhouses and other homogeneous environments. Randomized Complete Design (RCD) is used in those conditions. The aim of this study is to apply general linear model on the analysis of variance to the data of the height of Anthurium plowmanii Croat shoot (cm) resulting from an experiment using randomized complete design. The singularity of design matrix on general linear model can be overcome by reparameterization. Hypothesis testing on the analysis of variance results in acceptance of null hypothesis which means that the combination of cytokinin and auxin does not increase the height of Anthurium plowmanii Croat shoot.
