Abstract

Penelitian analisis phase tensor data magnetotelluric segmen Nyalindung zona sesar Cimandiri Jawa Barat Indonesia menggunakan metode audio-frequency magnetotelluric (AMT) terdiri atas 24 titik pengukuran dengan bentangan satu line. Panjang profil bentangan satu line 26 km. Dalam memperoleh informasi mengenai dimensionalitas struktur regional dan penentuan geoelectrical strike daerah penelitian, dilakukan analisis phase tensor pada penelitian ini. Hasilnya ialah analisis phase tensor skew angle menunjukkaan nilai skew angle -5⁰ ≤ β ≤ 5⁰, mengindikasikan struktur regional daerah penelitian dapat diasumsikan 2 dimensi. Analisis phase tensor diagram rose menunjukkan geoelectrical strike daerah penelitian memiliki dominan arah struktur timur laut menuju barat daya dan memiliki nilai N800 E.

English Abstract

Research about the magnetotelluric phase tensor analysis segment Nyalindung Cimandiri fault zone West Java Indonesia using audio-frequency magnetotelluric (AMT) method contain 24 site with one line. The site were distributed on one line along about 26 km. To obtain the information of the dimensionality of the regional structure and determine the geoelectrical strike of the study area, the phase tensor analysis has been performed in this study. The result presents that phase tensor analysis skew angle have -5⁰ ≤ β ≤ 5⁰. It indicated the regional structure of the study area can be assumed as two dimensional. Phase tensor analysis diagram rose show that geoelectrical strike of the study area dominated to be northeastsouthwest direction with N800 E.
