Abstract

Pada skripsi ini diulas analisis reliabilitas sistem k-out-of-n yang setiap komponennya dapat diperbaiki kemudian saat terjadi kerusakan sistem, komponen yang masih bekerja segera ditangguhkan hingga sistem dapat kembali bekerja. Laju kerusakan dan laju perbaikan dari tiap komponen sistem k-out-of-n berdistribusi eksponensial, tidak identik dan independen sehingga diperoleh reliabilitas sistem dan rata-rata waktu antar kerusakan atau Mean Time Between Failure (MTBF) sistem. Reliabilitas sistem k-out-of-n yang tiap komponen dapat diperbaiki dapat dicari dengan memanipulasi penjabaran fungsi probabilitas sistem k-out-of-n serta memanfaatkan Proses Poisson untuk menemukan solusi akhir. MTBF sistem diperoleh menggunakan Teorema Blackwell pada Proses Pembaharuan dari reliabilitas sistem yang telah diperoleh sebelumnya. Pada contoh kasus, didapatkan hasil dari reliabilitas sistem 2-out-of-4 sebesar dan MTBF sistem atau waktu antar kerusakan sistem tahun per satuan.

English Abstract

In this thesis is analyzed k-out-of-n system reliability analysis that each component can be repaired then when there is damage to the system, the components are still working immediately suspended until the system can return to work. The rate of damage and rate of improvement of each component of the k-out-of-n system is exponential, not identical and independent, resulting in system reliability and Mean Time Between Failure (MTBF) system. The reliability of the k-out-of-n system in which each component can be improved can be searched by manipulating the translation of the probability function of the k-out-of-n system and utilizing the Poisson Process to find the final solution. MTBF system was obtained using Blackwell's Theorem on Process Renewal of system reliability which has been previously obtained. In the case example, the results obtained from the reliability of 2-out-of-4 system of 0,78 and MTBF system or time between damage system 1,27 years per unit.
