Abstract
Percobaan multilokasi dilakukan untuk menganalisis pengaruh interaksi genotipe dengan lokasi dalam bidang pemuliaan tanaman. Adanya interaksi antara kedua pengaruh utama menyebabkan hasil biji kedelai berbeda di berbagai lokasi. Data yang digunakan adalah hasil penelitian 14 genotipe kedelai toleran naungan (ton/ha) yang ditanam pada 6 lokasi berbeda. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui interaksi kedua faktor serta untuk melakukan analisis stabilitas genotipe kedelai menggunakan metode Shukla dan Additive Main Effects and Multiplicative Interaction (AMMI). Kedua metode memberikan hasil yang sama, yaitu terdapat interaksi antara kedua pengaruh utama. Berdasarkan metode Shukla dan AMMI diperoleh genotipe stabil yaitu G5, G9 dan G8. Metode AMMI juga menghasilkan genotipe spesifik terhadap lokasi yaitu G5 dengan Desa Sukodadi, Lampung Timur dan G13 yang cocok ditanam di Ngale, Ngawi. Keragaman pengaruh interaksi yang dapat diterangkan model AMMI lebih besar dari keragaman pengaruh interaksi yang diterangkan metode Shukla
English Abstract
A multilocation trial was conducted to analyze the effect of genotype interactions with location in the field of plant breeding. The interaction between the two main effects causes the yield of different soybean seeds in various locations. The data used were the seed yield of 14 soybean genotype (ton / ha) grown at 6 different locations. The purpose of this research is to know the interaction of both factors and to analyze soybean genotype stability using Shukla and Additive Main Effects and Multiplicative Interaction (AMMI) method. Both methods give the same result, there is an interaction between the two main effects. Based on Shukla and AMMI methods obtained stable genotype of G5, G9 and G8. The AMMI method also produces a specific genotype of the location of G5 with Sukodadi Village, East Lampung and G13 which is suitable to be planted in Ngale, Ngawi. The diversity of interaction effects that the AMMI model can explain is greater than the diversity of interaction effects that the Shukla method describes.
