Abstract
Angka Mortalitas Ibu merupakang salaht satur indikatord yang turut menentukans derajatt kesehatanr masyarakat. Angka Mortalitas Ibu di Kota Malang Tahun 2017 menunjukkan kenaikan yang signifikan yakni sebanyak 14 kasus dari 9 kasus di Tahun 2016. Meningkatkan kesehatan ibu membutuhkan pemahaman tentang tingkat pengetahuan suami serta partisipasinya dalam perawatan kehamilan istrii mereka. Penelitiannininbertujuan untukn mengetahui hubungan antara tingkat pengetahuan danng dukungannf suamiji dengann kepatuhan ANCrpada ibuk hamil. Penelitiann deskriptif korelasi ini menggunakan desain crossbsectional. Sampelrnpenelitian ini adalah semua Pasangan Usia Subur yang mempunyai isteri dalam tahapan 2 jamk post partum hingga 6 minggu Post Partum yang berdomisili di wilayah Puskesmas Dinoyo berjumlah 72 orang dengannmenggunakangteknikntotal fsampling. Hasilhpenelitian menunjukkan tingkat pengetahuan suami tentang konsep ANC mayoritas baik yakni sebesar 62,5 %, dukungan yang diberikan kepada ibu selama hamil baik dengan persentase sebesar 77,80 % dan tingkat kepatuhan ANC ibu selama hamil juga baik dengan persentase sebesar 81,94 %. Hasil analisa statistik melalui ujih korelasii Spearmann Rho menunjukkann tidakk ada hubunganj antaraa tingkat pengetahuan suami dengannf dukungan fisikc ( p = 0,053), ada hubungan antara tingkat pengetahuan suami dengan dukungan psikologis ( p = 0,000) dan terdapatt hubungann antara tingkatt pengetahuanb suamii terhadap dukungan informasi (p = 0,000). Selain hal tersebut, diketahui juga bahwa ada hubungan antara dukungan suami dengan kepatuhan ANC ibu, hal ini dibuktikan melalui uji Spearman Rhoj yang menunjukkan nilai p = 0,000 dengann nilaii koefisienn korelasi (r) = 0,705. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah ada hubungan antara dukungan suami dengan kepatuhan ANC ibu hamil, dan dukungan yang diberikan suami tersebut dipengaruhi oleh tingkat pengetahuannya.
English Abstract
Maternal Mortality Rate is a one of indications which determines the public health. The Maternal Mortality Rate in Malang in 2017 showed a significant increase of 14 cases out of 9 cases in 2016. Improving maternal health requires an understanding of the level of knowledge of their husbands and their participation in the care of their wives. The aim of this study to determine the relationship between the level of knowledge and the support of husband with adherence to ANC on pregnant. The design of this study is cross-sectional study with total sampling technique, 72 fertile age couples who have wives in the stages of post partum 2 hours up to 6 weeks post partum as a sample. The results of the study showed that the husband's level of knowledge about the concept of ANC was good at 62.5%, the support given to mothers during pregnancy was good with a percentage of 77.80% and the level of adherence to ANC during pregnancy is 81.94%. Data analysis was using Spearman Rho (p value < 0,05). The results showed that there is no relationship between the husband's level of knowledge and physical support (p = 0.053), there is a relationship between the husband's level of knowledge and psychological support (p = 0.000) and there is a relationship between the level of husband's knowledge of information support ( p = 0,000). The result showed that coefficient correlation is 0,705 with a significance of 0,000 between husband's support and maternal ANC compliance. The conclusion of this study is that there is a strong relationship between husband's support and maternal ANC compliance and the support given by the husband is influenced by their level of knowledge.
