Abstract

Pertumbuhan jumlah perusahaan sebanding dengan kebutuhan akan sarana kantor yang menjadi tempat karyawan dalam bekerja. Pemilihan kantor sewa masih banyak menjadi pilihan utama berbagai macam perusahaan untuk mengakomodasi karyawannya dalam bekerja. Salah satunya adalah PT. Finnet Indonesia yang bertempat di Menara Bidakara sebagai lokasi kantornya. Menara Bidakara merupakan gedung kantor sewa yang terdapat di kawasan Central Business District (CBD) Jakarta. PT. Finnet Indonesia memiliki tiga ruang kerja karyawan, sesuai dengan jumlah direktoratnya. Jam kerja karyawan adalah delapan jam per hari sehingga lingkungan fisik ruang kerja tentulah berdampak pada karyawannya. Agar dapat mengetahui tingkat kinerja dan kepentingan desain interior ruang kerja karyawan serta seberapa puas karyawan akan ruang kerja mereka maka dapat diketahui elemen desain interior mana saja yang perlu diperbaiki dan dipertahankan di ruangan tersebut. Peningkatan kepuasan karyawan dalam bekerja di ruangan tersebut dapat diketahui melalui menganalisis tingkat kepuasan karyawan terhadap ruang kerja tempat mereka bekerja dan mengidentifikasi elemen desain interior yang perlu diperbaiki pengelolaannya. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada karyawan yang bekerja di dalam ruang kerja karyawan PT. Finnet Indonesia di Menara Bidakara. Hasil kuesioner kemudian dianalisis untuk mengetahui tingkat kepentingan dan tingkat kinerja, serta tingkat kepuasan karyawan terhadap desain interior ruang kerja mereka, serta mengidentifikasi elemen desain interior ruang kerja karyawan yang dapat menjadi kriteria. Dilakukan pula wawancara dengan pihak Human Resources Departement (HRD) ketika survei awal guna menjadi data penunjang penelitian. Hasil analisis tingkat kinerja, diperoleh tingkat kesesuaian elemen desain interior ruang kerja karyawan PT. Finnet Indonesia di Menara Bidakara sebesar 84,30%. Hasil tersebut didukung oleh nilai tingkat kepuasan karyawan terhadap desain interior ruang kerja staff pada PT. Finnet Indonesia di Menara Bidakara sebesar 67,54%. Nilai ini menunjukan bahwa karyawan puas dengan desain interior ruang kerjanya, namun untuk memaksimalkan skor dan masuk ke kategori sangat baik maka dapat dilakukan perbaikan dalam mengelola elemen desain interior yang menjadi prioritas untuk diperbaiki. Berdasarkan hasil analisis tingkat kinerja tersebut, dapat diketahui kriteria desain interior ruang kerja karyawan meliputi tata ruang, warna, pencahayaan, perabot, dan tata suara.

English Abstract

The growth in the number of companies is proportional to the need for office facilities that are places where employees work. The selection of rental offices is still a major choice for various types of companies to accommodate their employees at work. One of them is PT. Finnet Indonesia which is located at Bidakara Tower as the location of its office. Bidakara Tower is a rental office building located in the Central Business District (CBD) area of Jakarta. PT. Finnet Indonesia has three employee workspaces, according to the number of directorates. Employee working hours are eight hours per day so the physical environment of the workspace must have an impact on its employees. In order to find out the level of performance and the interior design interests of the workspace of employees and how satisfied the employees will be in their workspace, it can be seen which interior design elements need to be repaired and maintained in the room. Improved employee satisfaction in working in the room can be seen by analyzing the level of employee satisfaction with the workspace where they work and identifying interior design elements that need to be improved in their management. This type of research is quantitative research using a questionnaire distributed to employees who work in the workspace of PT. Finnet Indonesia at the Bidakara Tower. The results of the questionnaire were then analyzed to determine the level of importance and level of performance, as well as the level of employee satisfaction with the interior design of their workspace, as well as identifying elements of the interior design of employee workspaces that could be criteria. Interviews were also conducted with the Human Resources Departement (HRD) when the initial survey was to become research supporting data. The results of the analysis, obtained the level of suitability of the interior design elements of the PT. Finnet Indonesia at Menara Bidakara at 84.30%. These results are supported by the value of the level of employee satisfaction with the interior design of the staff workspace at PT. Finnet Indonesia at Menara Bidakara is 67.54%. This value shows that employees are satisfied with the interior design of their workspace, but to maximize the score and enter into a very good category, improvements can be made in managing the priority interior design elements to be improved. Based on the results of the analysis of the level of performance, it can be seen the criteria for the interior design of the workspace of the employee include spatial planning, color, lighting, furniture, and sound system.
