Abstract

Dislipidemia adanya peningkatan abnormalitas total kolesterol, LDL (Low Density Lipoprotein), trigliserida (TG), dan penurunan HDL (High Density Lipoprotein). Sehingga menyebabkan terbentuknya peroksidasi lipid yang menghasilkan produk akhir malondialdehyde (MDA). Hal tersebut dapat dicegah dengan pemberian perasaan Lemon Fino dan Jeruk Nipis yang mengandung senyawa antioksidan berupa Hespiridin dan Vitamin C. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui perbandingan kadar MDA pada tikus Rattus norvegicus Galur Wistar jantan yang diberi high fat diet dengan pemberian perasan lemon dan perasan jeruk nipis. Metode true experimental laboratory yang bersifat post test control group design. Sampel dikelompokkan dalam perlakuan menggunakan simple random sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan 32 ekor tikus putih galur wistar jantan yang terbagi menjadi 8 kelompok perlakuan, yaitu kelompok dengan pemberian high fat diet, kelompok dengan pemberian high fat diet dan simvastatin, kelompok dengan pemberian high fat diet dan perasan lemon fino, dan kelompok dengan pemberian high fat diet dan perasan jeruk nipis dengan volume pemberian 1 ml/ekor/hari, 2 ml/ekor/hari, dan 3 ml/ekor/hari. Statin, perasan lemon dan jeruk nipis diberikan melalui sonde selama 5 minggKadar MDA diukur melalui metode TBARS. Analisis data menggunakan uji One Way- ANOVA. Berdasarkan hasil analisis terjadi penurunan kadar MDA tikus pada kelompok perlakuan P4 yang diberikan perasan lemon 3 ml/ekor/hari dan high fat diet akan tetapi tidak terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan (p=0,824) antar kelompok perlakuan.

English Abstract

Dyslipidemia is an increase in total cholesterol abnormalities, LDL (Low Density Lipoprotein), triglycerides (TG), and decreased HDL (High Density Lipoprotein). This results in the formation of lipid peroxidation resulting in the final product of malondialdehyde (MDA). This can be prevented by giving a feeling of Lemon Fino and Lime containing antioxidant compounds in the form of Hespiridin and Vitamin C. The purpose of this study to determine the ratio of MDA levels in rats Rattus norvegicus male Wistar Galur given high fat diet with lemon juice and citrus juice lime. The true experimental laboratory method which is a post test control group design. Samples were grouped in treatment using simple random sampling. This research used 32 male rats which were divided into 8 group of treatment; treatment group that was given high fat diet, treatment group that was given high fat diet and simvastatin, treatment group was given high fat diet and lemon juice and treatment group which was given high fat diet and lime juice with 1ml/rat/day, 2 ml/rat/day, and 3 ml, rat/day given volume. Statin, lemon juice and lime juice are given through sonde for 5 weeks.. MDA levels were measured through the TBARS method. Data analysis uses the One Way-ANOVA test. Based on the results of the analysis, there was a decrease in mAa levels of mice in the treatment group P4 given lemon juice of 3 ml / head / day and high fat diet but there was no significant difference (p = 0,824) between treatment groups.
