Abstract

BRT (Bus Rapid Transit) atau lebih dikenal dengan Transjakarta di Kota Jakarta merupakan salah satu cara pemerintah dalam mengatasi masalah kemacetan di DKI Jakarta. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengevaluasi kinerja operasional dari Bus TransJakarta Koridor 1 dan 8. Analisis yang digunakan meliputi analisis headway, load factor¸dan fasilitas pelayanan. Dari hasil analisis, didapatkan rata-rata headway di Koridor 1 dan 8 sebesar 7 menit yang artinya melebihi standar yang diteteapkan yaitu sebesar 1-3 menit. Nilai load factor pada Koridor 1 sebesar 135,16% dan di Koridor 8 sebesar 118,75% mengartikan nilai melebihi standar sebesar 80-90%. Terdapat pula beberapa fasilitas yang menunjang kesetaraan antar pengguna, yaitu transcare, tempat duduk prioritas, dan ruang tunggu prioritas. Untuk mengatasi tingginya nilai load factor diperlukan pengaturan jumlah bus yang beroperasi yaitu 75 bus di Koridor 1 dan 38 bus di Koridor 8.

English Abstract

BRT (Bus Rapid Transit) or better known as Transjakarta in the City of Jakarta is one of the government's ways to overcome congestion problems in DKI Jakarta. This research was conducted to evaluate the operational performance of the TransJakarta Bus Corridors 1 and 8. The analysis used included headway analysis, load factor and service facilities. From the results of the analysis, the average headway obtained in Corridors 1 and 8 is 7 minutes, which means that exceeding the standard set is 1-3 minutes. Load factor value in Corridor 1 of 135.16% and in Corridor 8 of 118.75% the value exceeds the standard of 80-90%. There are also several facilities that support equity between users, namely transcare, priority seating, and priority waiting space. To overcome the high load factor value, it is necessary to regulate the number of buses that operate, namely 75 buses in Corridor 1 and 38 buses in Corridor 8.
