Abstract
Universitas Negeri Surabaya sudah menerapkan sistem informasi elearning berbasis moodle yang digunakan seluruh fakultas secara terpusat untuk membantu dan menyelesaikan permasalahan dalam pembelajaran. Setelah sistem berjalan, perlu diketahui faktor-faktor apa saja yang perlu dibenahi agar elearning lebih diterima oleh pengguna. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan tingkat penerimaan dari sistem informasi e-learning Universitas Negeri Surabaya serta memberikan rekomendasi perbaikan berdasarkan metode Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). Meskipun implementasi e-learning ini sudah diterapkan namun penerapan ini belum sepenuhnya dirasakan manfaatnya bagi pengguna. Menurut hasil wawancara dari mahasiswa yang pernah menggunakan, didapatkan hasil bahwa masih kecil niat untuk menggunakan dan penggunaan sehari-hari pada sistem informasi e-learning karena keterpaksaan pada penggunaan e-learning bagi mahasiswa Universitas Negeri Surabaya. Walaupun sudah disediakan sistem informasi e-learning dari pihak universitas, dari pihak mahasiswa masih enggan menggunakan e-learning untuk berkomunikasi dan sharing antar mahasiswa. Dari pihak mahasiswa juga merasa kurangnya umpan balik dari dosen mengenai perkuliahan di e-learning. Pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini digunakan dengan menggunakan pengisian kuesioner online. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel yang berjumlah 156 responden dan menggunakan teknik stratified purposive sampling. Hasil evaluasi dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, educational quality, service quality, system quality, information quality, satisfaction, dan intention to use berada pada kategori tinggi, sedangkan variabel actual use berada pada kategori cukup tinggi. Dengan nilai rata-rata total seluruh variabel 70,85%, variabel educational quality, service quality, intention to use, dan actual use harus mendapatkan prioritas utama untuk diperbaiki karena nilai rata-rata persentase variabelnya masih dibawah nilai rata-rata.
English Abstract
State University of Surabaya has already implemented e-learning system with moodle base which used centrally by all of faculty to help and solving a problem during lecturer. After the system on-line, there are factors has to be improved to make e-learning system is accepted by the user. Purpose of this study is to describe the level of acceptance from information system of UNESA e-learning system and also giving improvement recommendation according to Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) Method. Even though this e-learning system is already implemented, the benneficial of the system can not be felt by user. According to inquiry result, from student who ever used the system, the result was a little intention to use and student is forced to use e-learning system frequently. University has already provide e-learning system, but students didn't want to use for communication between them. Students feels there is no feedback from lecture according to materials in e-learning. This study uses a sample of 156 respondents and uses a stratified purposive sampling technique. The results of the evaluation of this study indicated that the perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, educational quality, service quality, information quality, satisfaction, and intention to use variable are in the high category, while the actual use variable is in the fairly high category. With the total average value of all variables of 70.85%, educational quality, service quality, intention to use, and actual use variable must get top priority to be improved because the average value of the variable percentage is still below the average value.
