Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk untuk mengetahui kinerja PT. PP Properti Tbk dalam proyek Begawan Apartemen Kota Malang ditinjau dari lima perspektif Sustainability Balanced Scrorecard yaitu Keuangan, Pemasaran, Proses Bisnis Internal, Pembelajaran-Pertumbuhan, dan Sosial. Penelitian ini termasuk dalam jenis penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer dan sekunder dengan beberapa metode pengumpulan data antara lain wawancara, angket / kuisioner, studi pustaka, dan dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa PT. PP Properti Tbk pada Proyek Begawan Apartemen memiliki kinerja yang baik. Secara spesifik pengukuran menunjukkan kinerja yang sangat baik untuk perspektif pelanggan, perspektif proses bisnis internal, perspektif pertumbuhan dan pembelajaran, serta perspektif sosial. Namun karena adanya keterbatasan penelitian dalam hal laporan keuangan proyek maka laporan keuangan yang digunakan adalah laporan keuangan terpusat pada PT. PP Properti Tbk yang menunjukkan adanya penurunan dari tahun 2017 ke tahun 2018.
English Abstract
This study aims to determine the performance of PT. PP Properti Tbk in Begawan Apartment project in Malang city in terms of five perspectives of Sustainability Balanced Scorecard which are Finance, Marketing, Internal Business Processes, Growth-Learning, and Social. The type of this research is oreover, this research uses und secondary data with several data collection methods including terviews, questionnaires, literature studies, and documentation. Therefore, the results of this rcsearch can be concluded that PT, PP Praperti Tbk on Begawan Apartment Project has a good performance. Specifically the measurement shows excellent performanccs for the customer perspective, internal business process descriptive rescarch with a case study approach. M primary perspective, Icarning and growth perspective, and social perspective. However, due to the limitation of this rescarch regarding to the financial statement of the project, the results of financial perspective was taken from centralized financial report of PT. PP Properti Tbk which shows the detcrioration of the performance during 2017-2018.
