Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh desentralisasi fiskal yang diukur melalui indikator penerimaan, indikator pengeluaran, dan indikator otonomi terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi daerah. Metode analisis yang digunakan ialah pendekatan kuantitatif serta analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi data panel dengan menghasilkan model yang terbaik yaitu Fixed Effect Model (FEM) melalui alat analisis Eviews versi 10. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan desentralisasi fiskal yang diukur melalui indikator penerimaan berpengaruh signifikan dan negatif terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi daerah. Sedangkan untuk desentralisasi fiskal yang diukur melalui indikator pengeluaran dan indikator otonomi memiliki hasil yang sama yakni tidak memiliki pengaruh secara signifikan ke pertumbuhan ekonomi daerah di Kabupaten/Kota Provinsi Papua.
English Abstract
This study aims to determine the influence of fiscal decentralization as measured by revenue indicators, expenditure indicators, and autonomy indicators on local economic growth. The analytical method used is quantitative approach and data analysis used is panel data regression by producing the best model that is Fixed Effect Model (FEM) through Eviews version 10. The research result shows fiscal decentralization as measured by revenue indicator has significant and negative effect to regional economic growth. As for fiscal decentralization as measured by expenditure indicators and indicators of autonomy have the same result that does not have a significant effect to the economic growth of the region in the Regencies and Cities of Papua Province.
