Abstract
-Kinerja perusahaanPenulisan penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh good corporate governance terhadap kinerja perusahaan. Explanatory research yang menjelaskan hubungan kausal antar variabel-variabelnya melalui pengujian hipotesis, dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Menggunakan teknik simple random sampling diperoleh sebanyak 113 karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa GCG berpengaruh terhadap kinerja perusahaan. Selain itu didapat hasil parsial untuk variabel transparency, accountability, responsibility, independency dan fairness berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja perusahaan. Kemudian dilihat dari nilai Adjusted R Squared menunjukkan bahwa kontribusi GCG terhadap kinerja perusahaan sebesar 77,6%.
English Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of good corporate governance on firm performance. This explanatory research, explains causal relationship between the variables through hypothesis testing, using quantitative approach. Using simple random sampling, 113 employees are selected as the sample. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis. The result shows that GCG influences firm performance. In addition, transparency, accountability, responsibility, independency, and fairness partially give a significant effect on firm performance. Furthermore, the Adjusted R Squared value shows that the contribution of GCG on firm performance is 77,6%
