Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menjelaskan apakah ada pengaruh secara simultan antara On The Job Training (X1) dan Off The Job Training (X2) terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Y), serta pengaruh secara parsial antara On The Job Training (X1) terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Y) dan Off The Job Training (X2) terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Y). Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian yaitu explanatory research (penelitian penjelasan). Jumlah sampel pada penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 84 orang karyawan PT Infomedia Solusi Humanika Malang. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah Proportional Random Sampling. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini diperoleh dari data primer dengan menyebar kuesioner kepada responden dan data sekunder yang berasal dari dokumentasi. Skala pengukuran yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah skala Likert. Teknik analisis data pada penelitian ini adalah analisis statistik deskriptif dan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan uji asumsi klasik. Data pada penelitian ini diolah menggunakan SPSS 23 for Windows. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dan pengujian hipotesis yang telah dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa Fhitung > Ftabel (13,375 > 3,11) menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan secara simultan antara On The Job Training (X1) dan Off The Job Training (X2) terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Y). Hasil berikutnya diketahui thitung > ttabel (2,904 > 1,989) menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara On The Job Training (X1) terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Y) dan diketahui thitung > ttabel (3,332 > 1,989) menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara Off The Job Training (X2) terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Y). Nilai koefisien determinasi (R2) atau Adjusted R Square sebesar 0,230 yang menunjukkan proporsi pengaruh On The Job Training (X1) dan Off The Job Training (X2) terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Y) sebesar 23%. Hasil tersebut berarti 23% Kinerja Karyawan (Y) dipengaruhi oleh On The Job Training (X1) dan Off The Job Training (X2), sedangkan sisanya 77% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak dibahas dalam penelitian ini.

English Abstract

This research aims to know and explain whether there is a simultaneous influence between On The Job Training (X1) and Off The Job Training (X2) on Employee Performance (Y), and the partial influence between On The Job Training (X1) on Employee Performance (Y) and Off The Job Training (X2) on Employee Performance (Y). This research is quantitative research and the research type is explanatory research. The number of samples in this study was 84 person of employees in PT Infomedia Solusi Humanika Malang. The sampling technique used is Proportional Random Sampling. Sources of data in this study were obtained from the primary data by spreading questionnaires to the respondents and secondary data derived from the documentation. The measurement scale used in this research is Likert scale. This research using descriptive statistics analysis and multiple linier regression analysis with a classic assumption test. Data on this research is processed using SPSS 23 For Windows. Based on the result of data analysis and hypothesis testing has been done show that Fcount > Ftable (13,375 > 3,11) shows there is significant influence simultaneously between On The Job Training (X1) and Off The Job Training (X2) on Employee Performance (Y). The next result is known tcount > ttable (2,904 > 1,989) indicate there is significant influence between On The Job Training (X1) on Employee Performance (Y) and also known tcount > ttable (3,332 > 1,989) show there is significant influence between Off The Job Training (X2) on Employee Performance (Y). The value of determination coefficient (R2) or Adjusted R Square is 0,230 which show the proportion of influence of On The Job Training (X1) and Off The Job Training (X2) on Employee Performance (Y) equal to 23%. These result mean that 23% of Employee Performance (Y) is influenced by On The Job Training (X1) and Off The Job Training (X2), while the remaining 77% influenced by other factors that are not discussed in this study
