Abstract
Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menguji Pengaruh Leader Member Exchange (LMX), Motivasi Kerja terhadap Loyalitas Karyawan PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk Witel Jatim Malang Selatan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan. Sampel penelitian ini menggunakan metode probability sampling dengan teknik simple random sampling, maka sampel penelitian ini berjumlah sebanyak 52 orang karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, data untuk penelitian ini diperoleh melalui angket/kuesioner penelitian yang telah diisi oleh responden yang sudah ditentukan. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah metode analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Leader Member Exchange (LMX) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas karyawan sebesar t hitung 4,309 > t tabel 2,010. Motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas karyawan sebesar t hitung 4,463 > t tabel 2,010. Dan Leader Member Exchange (LMX), Motivasi kerja dapat berpengaruh secara simultan dan signifikan oleh Loyalitas karyawan sebesar F hitung 32,327 > F hitung 3,187. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut, maka untuk meningkatkan loyalitas, atasan dan bawahan PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk Witel Jatim Malang Selatan dapat membangun hubungan serta komunikasi yang baik.
English Abstract
This research was conducted to examine The Effect of Leader Member Exchange (LMX) and Work Motivation toward Employee Loyalty PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk Witel East Java, South Malang. The population in this research is all of employees. The sample research used probability sampling method with simple random sampling technique, the sample of this research is as many as 52 employees. This research used a quantitative approach, and the researcher get the data from a questionnaire / research questionnaire that has been paired by the respondents who have been determined. Data analysis method used is multiple linier regression analysis method. The result of this research indicate that Leader Member Exchange (LMX) have a positive and significant effect toward employee loyalty as t count 4,309 > t table 2,010. Work motivation also have positive and significant effect toward employee loyalty as t count 4,463 > t table 2,010. And Leader Member Exchange (LMX), work motivation can influence simultaneously and significantly by employee Loyalty equal to F count 32,327> F count 3,187. Based on these result of studies, to improve the loyalty, the leader and employee of PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk Witel East Java South Malang can build a good relationship and communication.
