Abstract
Sektor industri merupakan sektor yang mempunyai peran sebagai Leading sektor. Dikarenakan dengan adanya pembangunan sektor industri maka akan sanggup mendorong pembangunan di sektor lainnya, seperti sektor pertanian dan sektor jasa, sehingga nantinya akan berpengaruh pada meluasnya lapangan kerja yang akan meningkatkan pendapatan dan permintaan masyarakat (daya beli). Peningkatan terhadap pendapatan dan daya beli masyarakat menggambarkan bahwa perekonomian tumbuh dengan baik.Provinsi jawa timur adalah salah satu provinsi terbaik kedua yang menyumbang PDB di sektor industri pengolahan. Provinsi Jawa timur menyumbang 29,03 % di sektor industrinya dan merupakan sektor tertinggi di jawa timur yang menyumbang PDRB provinsi Jawa Timur. Tapi hal ini tidak sebanding dengan penyerapan tenaga kerja yang lebih rendah dibandingkan dengan sektor pertanian dan terjadinya penurunan penyerapan tenaga kerja tahun 2014 ke tahun 2015. Dalam penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi Penyerapan Tenaga Kerja Pada Sektor Industri Manufaktur Besar dan Sedang di Provinsi Jawa Timur tahun 2011- 2015. Penelitian ini memiliki tiga variabel bebas yaitu, Nilai produksi, Jumlah Unit Usaha dan UMR di Provinsi Jawa Timur dengan variabel terikatnya yaitu Penyerapan Tenaga Kerja.. Hasil regresi data menunjukkan bahwa varibel bebas mempengaruhi variabel terikatnya. dengan variabel Jumlah Unit Usaha memiliki pengaruh paling dominan sebesar 58% terhadap penyerapam tenaga kerja. Nilai produksi sebesar 21% terhadap Penyerapan tenaga kerja industry manufaktur besar dan sedang di jawa timur dan yang variable UMR memiliki hubungan yang negative sebesar 14 %
English Abstract
The industrial sector is a sector that has a role as the main sector. Due to the development of the industrial sector, it will be able to encourage development in other sectors, such as the agricultural sector and the service sector, so that later it will affect the expansion of employment that will increase the income and demand of the people (purchasing power). The increase in income and public purchasing power illustrates that the economy is growing well. East Java Province is one of the second best provinces that contributes to GDP in the industrial processing industry. East Java Province accounts for 29.03% in the industrial sector and is the highest sector in East Java which contributes to the East Java provincial GDP. But this is not comparable with the absorption of labor that is lower than the agricultural sector and the decline in unemployment of labor in 2014 to 2015. In this study aims to determine the factors that affect the Absorption of Labor in the Industrial Sector of Large and Medium Sectors in East Java Province in 2011-2015. This study has three independent variables, namely, Value of Expenditures, Number of Business Units and UMR in East Java Province with the dependent variable namely Labor Absorption. The results of regression data indicate that the free variable affects the dependent variable. with the variable Number of Business Units having the dominant influence of 58% on labor absorbers. The production value is 21% of the employment of large and medium manufacturing industries in East Java and the UMR variable has a negative relationship of 14%.
