Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran tekanan pekerjaan terhadap persepsi beban kerja dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Alat ukur yang digunakan adalah skala stres kerja (tekanan pekerjaan) yang disusun oleh Theorell dalam Alves, dkk. (2004) dengan dimensi stres kerja milik Robert Karasek (1981), sedangkan skala persepsi beban kerja menggunakan dimensi persepsi oleh Calhoun dan Acocella dalam Purnomo dan Sahma (2010), dan dimensi beban kerja dari NASA-Task Load Index (NASA-TLX) oleh Hart (2006). Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel jenuh sebanyak 47 pegawai negeri sipil di Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pusat Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu (DPMPTSP) Gresik. Metode analisis hipotesis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier sederhana. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penghitungan dengan program SPSS Statistics ver. 22 for Windows. Hasil uji statistik menunjukkan bahwa p = 0,181 (p>0,05) yang artinya tidak terdapat peran tekanan pekerjaan terhadap persepsi beban kerja.
English Abstract
This research is aimed to find out the role of work pressure on the perception of workload by using quantitative method. The measuring instrument used is the job stress scale compiled by Theorell in Alves, et al (2004) with the dimensions of job stress owned by Robert Karasek (1981), while the scale of the perception of workload uses the dimension of perception by Calhoun and Acocella in Purnomo and Sahma (2010), and the dimensions of workload from NASA-Task Load Index (NASA-TLX) by Hart (2006). This research uses saturated samples as many as 47 civil servants of Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pusat Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu (DPMPTSP) of Gresik. The hypothesis analysis method used is simple linear regression. This research applies the calculation method using the program of SPSS Statistics ver. 22 for Windows. The results of the statistical tests show p = 0.181 (p > 0.05) which means that there is no role of work pressure on the perception of workload.
