Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran psychological capital terhadap kepuasan kerja pada karyawan Flight Operation Officer (FOO) PT. Garuda Indonesia. Populasi dan sampel pada penelitian ini adalah karyawan FOO di PT. Garuda Indonesia. Jumlah sampel yaitu sebanyak 89 sampel dengan teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling berdasarkan kriteria yang sudah ditentukan. Penelitian ini menggunakan dua alat ukur yaitu Psychological Capital Questionnaire milik Luthans dan Job Satisfaction Survey milik Spector. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi linear sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat nilai yang signifikan yaitu 0,000 (p < 0,05), artinya terdapat peran yang signifikan positif psychological capital terhadap kepuasan kerja pada karyawan Flight Operation Officer (FOO) PT. Garuda Indonesia dimana sebesar 15,4% variabel psychological capital mempengaruhi variabel kepuasan kerja, sisanya sebesar 84,6% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain.

English Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of psychological capital to job satisfaction on FOO employees PT. Garuda Indonesia. Sample and population on this research is FOO employees PT. Garuda Indonesia. This study involved 89 FOO employees with sampling technique used is purposive sampling based on predetermined criteria. The measuring tool used in this study is the Psychological Capital Questionnaire scale by Luthans and Job Satisfaction Survey scale by Spector. Data were analyzed using simple linear regression analysis. The result of the analysis shows that there is a significant value that is 0.000 (p <0,05), meaning that the role of psychological capital had a positive significant influence to job satisfaction on FOO employees PT. Garuda Indonesia where 15.4% of psychological capital variables affect the variable job satisfaction, the remaining 84.6% influenced by other factors.
