Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan mengevaluasi dan mendesain ulang sistem informasi sumber daya manusia yang ada di supermarket Purnama Yogayakarta. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualititaf dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer yang diperoleh dengan metode pengumpulan data observasi dan wawancara. Penelitian ini menemukan permasalahan pada desain sistem informasi sumber daya manusia yang ada di supermarket Purnama sebagai objek penelitian, yaitu struktur organisasi, perekrutan sumber daya manusia, tata tertib operasional, dan kebijakan-kebijakan operasional perusahaan. Usulan desain dari hasil evaluasi berbasis benchmark antara desain sistem informasi sumber daya manajemen supermarket Alfamart dan supermarket Maga. Sehingga dari hasil benchmark dapat menutupi kekurangan dan kelemahan pada desain sistem informasi sumber daya manusia yang disesuaikan dengan karakteristik objek penelitian.
English Abstract
The research aims to evaluate and redesign the existing human resource information system in Purnama Supermarket in Yogyakarta. This qualitative research uses descriptive approach. The data of thisstudy are primary data obtained through observation and interview. This study finds that problems occur in the design of human resource information system of the research object. The Problem are organizational structure, human resources recruitment, operational order, and operational policies of the company. Therefore, Purnama Supermarket is advised using the design from results of benchmark between human resource management information systems of Alfamart and that of Maga supermarkets. The results of the benchmark can be used to cover the shortcomings and weaknesses in the design of human resource information systems, which can be adjusting to the characteristics of research objects.
