Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh jalur pelaporan dalam Cash Reward dan No Reward Model terhadap intensi seseorang dalam melakukan tindakan whistleblowing. Objek penelitian ini adalah sistem whistleblowing yang dikembangkan oleh Lembaga Kebijakan Pengadaan Barang/Jasa Pemerintah (LKPP). Sebanyak 120 data telah berhasil dikumpulkan melakui metode eksperimen dengan teknik purposive sampling. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan Uji Kruskal Wallis dan Uji Mann-Whitney dengan aplikasi SPSS Version 24. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dalam kondisi Cash Reward Model, jalur pelaporan anonim dan jalur pelaporan non-anonim sama-sama efektif dalam mempengaruhi intensi seseorang untuk melakukan tindakan whistleblowing. Sedangkan dalam kondisi No Reward Model, jalur pelaporan anonim lebih efektif dalam mempengaruhi intensi seseorang untuk melakukan tindakan whistleblowing
English Abstract
This study aims at examining the effect of reporting channel under “Cash Reward” and “No Reward Model” on whistleblowing intention. The research object is whistleblowing system developed by Lembaga Kebijakan Pengadaan Barang/Jasa Pemerintah (LKPP). 120 data were collected from an experimental method through purposive sampling and were analyzed by Kruskal Wallis and Mann-Whitney tests using SPSS application version 24. The results of the analysis show that, under Cash Reward Model, the anonymous reporting channel influences the whistleblowing intention as effectively as the non-anonymous reporting channel does. Whereas, under No Reward Model, the anonymous reporting channel influences the whistleblowing intention more effectively than the other one does.
