Abstract
Penelian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kemungkinan terjadinya fenomena Flypaper Effect pada Belanja Daerah dan menganalisis pemetaan Kabupaten/Kota di Jawa Barat yang mengalami Flypaper Effect berdasarkan Indeks Kemampuan Keuangan dan Pertumbuhan Ekonomi tahun 2013-2017. Jenis data dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder dengan estimasi regresi data panel menggunakan program eviews 10. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan secara umum dari 27 Kabupaten/Kota di Jawa Barat tahun 2013-2017 tidak terjadi Flypaper Effect. Pada pemetaan kuadran didapatkan kuadran dengan Indeks Kemampuan Keuangan dan Pertumbuhan Ekonomi dibawah rata-rata mengalami Flypaper Effect
English Abstract
This research aims to examine the possibility of the Flypaper Effect phenomenon of Local expenditure and analyze mapping districts and municipals of West Java that occures the Flypaper Effect phenomenon based on financial capability index and local economic growth in 2013-2017. The type of data in this research is use is secondary data with estimated panel data regression using eviews 10 program. The results of this reseaerch show generally from 27 districts and municipals of West Java in 2013-2017 does not occur Flypaper Effect. In quadrant mapping the quadrant obtained with the Financial Capability Index and Economic Growth below the average experienced Flypaper Effect.
