Abstract
Kawasan Gunung Sewu UNESCO Global Geopark terletak di tiga wilayah di tiga provinsi yang berbeda yaiu Kabupaten Gunungkidul, Kabupaten Wonogiri dan Kabupaten Pacitan. Kawasan ini memiliki cakupan yang sangat luas sehingga kerjasama antar daerah dalam pengembangannya pariwisata ini harus lebih di tingkatkan. Hal tersebut tidak terlepas dari pendanaan, promosi, sarana dan prasarana yang menunjang. Berkaitan dengan hal tersebut maka tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui pelaksanaan kerjasama antar daerah Kabupaten Gunung Kidul, Kabupaten Wonogiri dan Kabupaten Pacitan dalam pengembangan pariwisata kawasan Gunung Sewu UNESCO Global Geopark tahun 2015-2017 dengan menggunakan tiga aspek yaitu sharing of experiences, sharing of benefits, dan sharing of berdens. Serta mengetahui faktor pendorong kerjasama antar daerah tersebut. Dalam penelitian ini, metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu deskriptif kualitatif dengan pengumpulan data berupa wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik penentuan informan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu purposive sampling. Kemudian teknik analisis data yang diguna dalam penelitian ini yaitu teknis analisis menuru Miles dan Huberman yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Penelitian tersebut, dapat dilihat bahwa dasar hukum yang digunakan kerjasama antar daerah ini khususnya dalam pengembangan pariwisata Kawasan Gunung Sewu UNESCO Global Geopark yaitu perjanjian maupun kesepakatan bersama yang dilakukan oleh Pemerintah Kabupaten Gunungkidul, Kabupaten Wonogiri dan Kabupaten Pacitan. Kerjasama antar daerah ini juga digunakan sebagai sarana berbagi pengalaman diantara daerah-daerah yang terlibat didalamnya. Selain itu kerjasama antar daerah tersebut juga menunjukkan adanya keuntungan yang didapat. Kerjasama yang dilakukan ketiga daerah menunjukkan sharing yang dilakukan sudah cukup baik diantara ketiganya.
English Abstract
Gunung Sewu Area UNESCO Global Geopark is located in three areas in three different provinces of Gunungkidul Regency, Wonogiri Regency and Pacitan Regency. This area has a very wide coverage so that cooperation between regions in the development of this tourism is deemed to be more on the increase. It can not be separated from funding, promotion, facilities and infrastructure that support. Related to this matter, the purpose of this research is to know the implementation of cooperation between regions of Gunung Kidul Regency, Wonogiri Regency and Pacitan Regency in the development of Gunung Sewu Unesco Global Geopark in 2015-2017 by using three aspects: sharing of experiences, sharing of benefits, and sharing of dens. And know the driving factors of cooperation between these areas. In this research, the research method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection in the form of interview, observation and documentation. Informant determination technique used in this research is purposive sampling. Then the data analysis techniques used in this research is the technical analysis of Miles and Huberman menuru the data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. the research, it can be seen that the legal basis used in cooperation among these regions especially in the development of tourism area of Gunung Sewu UNESCO Global Geopark is agreement or agreement jointly conducted by the Government of Gunungkidul Regency, Wonogiri Regency and Pacitan Regency . Cooperation between regions is also used as means of sharing experiences among the areas involved. In addition, cooperation between these regions also shows the sharing of profits gained. Cooperation conducted by the three regions shows that the sharing done is quite good among the three.
