Abstract
Kebutuhan masyarakat Kota Surabaya terhadap transportasi makin meningkat seiring makin bertambahnya jumlah penduduk, meningkatnya peluang kesempatan kerja, dan membaiknya tingkat pendapatan. Permasalahan transportasi yang tengah dihadapi oleh kota Surabaya terutama adalah kemacetan lalulintas.Pemerintah kota mengadakan moda transportasi alternatif sebagai Sistem Angkutan Umum Masal ( SAUM ). Salah satunya adalah monorel dengan berbagai kelebihannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui karakteristik perjalanan taksi online dari daerah Bundaran ITS ke Pakuwon dan mengetahui model probabilitas perpindahan moda taksi online ke moda monorel. Pengumpulan data primer dilakukan dengan cara menyebarkan kuisoner di ruas jalan yang direncakan akan dilewati oleh jalur monorel, yaitu sekitaran Bundaran ITS dan sekitaran daerah pakuwon. Kuisoner disusun dengan teknik stated prefrence. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah statistik untuk karakteristik perjalanan taksi online dan persamaan logit binomial untuk model probabilitas perpindahan moda.Pada masing – masing moda digunakan atribut – atribut yang berupa selisih kondisi antara moda taksi online dengan rencana monorel. Atribut – atribut tersebut adalah atribut biaya perjalana (ΔX1 ), atribut waktu tempuh (ΔX2), dan atribut waktu tunggu (ΔX3). Dari hasil analisis diketahui bahwa atribut biaya perjalanan, atribut waktu tempuh dan atribut waktu tunggu pada taksi online memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan untuk pemodelan. Dengan pemodelan yang didapat dari biaya perjalanan (X1) responden lebih memilih biaya yang lebih murah dimana monorel mode yang lebih cepat dibanding taksi online.Dari waktu tempuh (X2), Responden juga cenderung memilih waktu tempuh yang lebih cepat,dimana monorel adalah moda yang lebih cepat dibandingkan taksi online.Dan dari waktu tunggu (X3),responden cenderung lebih memilih waktu tunggu yang lebih singkat,dimana taksi online moda yang lebih cepat dibandingkan monorel. Dalam perencanaan pengoperasian monorel,model probabilitas pemilihan moda tersebut untuk selanjutnya dapat digunakan dalam memprediksi penumpang monorel rute Bundaran ITS – Pakuwon kota Surabaya dengan berbagai alternatif biaya perjalanan , waktu tempuh dan waktu tunggu monorel yang dikehendaki. Sebelum pengoperasian monorel dilakukan, tentunya masih ada kajian – kajian lain yang mendukung seperti kajian kelayakan teknis, kajian kelayakan finansial dan kajian lainnya.
English Abstract
The needs of the people of Surabaya City towards transportation are increasing as the population grows, the increase of employment opportunity, and the improvement of income level. The transportation problem faced by the city of Surabaya is mainly traffic congestion. On the condition in the field, it can be seen that the public tends to prefer using private vehicles in conducting movement. To overcome traffic problems in Surabaya, the city government holds an alternative mode of transportation as the Mass Public Transportation System (MPTS). One of them is a monorail with various advantages. This study aims to determine the characteristics of online taxi travel from the Roundabout area of ITS to Pakuwon and to know the probability model of moving the mode of online taxi to monorail mode. Primary data collection is done by distributing questionnaires on the road segment planned to be passed by the monorail line, which is surrounded by ITS round and surrounding pakuwon area. Quizoner is prepared with the technique stated prefrence. The data analysis used is statistic for the characteristics of online taxi trip and binomial logit equation for model of modal displacement. In each mode used attributes in the form of difference of condition between taxi mode online with monorail plan. These attributes are the cost of trip attribute (ΔX1), the travel time attribute (ΔX2), and the timeout attribute (ΔX3). From the analysis results note that the attributes of travel expenses, travel time attributes and attributes of waiting time on the taxi online have a significant effect for modeling. With the modeling as follows: 1. Attributes of travel expenses on an online taxi:PMR = (e 6,134 – 0,342 Δ X1) / (1 + e 6,134 – 0,342 Δ X1) 2. Travel time travel attribute on the online taxi:(e 0,521 – 0,074 Δ X2) / (1 + e 0,521 – 0,074 Δ X2) 3. Attribute waiting time on the online taxi:(e 0,925 - 0,112 Δ X3) / (1 + e 0,925 - 0,112 Δ X3) In monorail operation planning, the model of probability of selecting the modes can then be used in predicting the monorail passengers of ITS - Pakuwon Roundabout route of Surabaya city with various alternative travel costs, travel time and monorail waiting time. Prior to monorail operations, there are still other supporting studies such as technical feasibility studies, financial feasibility studies and other studies.
