Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hasil spending review terhadap keputusan manajerial yang diambil oleh Direktorat Jenderal Perbendaharaan Kementerian Keuangan Republik Indonesia sesuai Surat Edaran Direktur Jenderal Perbendaharaan Nomor SE-2/PB/2015. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan teknik pengumpulan data melalui catatan arsip dan dokumentasi dari Direktorat Pelaksanaan Anggaran. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa hasil spending review digunakan sebagai rekomendasi perumusan kebijakan atas pelaksanaan belanja pemerintah pusat dalam bentuk identifikasi potensi ruang fiskal dan mengukur kinerja belanja pemerintah pusat.
English Abstract
This study aims to analyze the results of review spending on managerial decisions taken by the Directorate General of the Treasury Ministry of Finance Republic of Indonesia. The method used in this research using descriptive research with quantitative approach and data collection techniques through archival records and documentation from Directorate of Budget Execution. The results of the analysis show that the results of spending reviews are used as recommendations for the formulation of policies on the implementation of central government expenditure in the form of identification of fiscal space potential and measure the performance of central government expenditure.
