Abstract
Kemiskinan merupakan permasalahan yang sangat kompleks yang dialami hampir di seluruh negara di dunia terutama pada negara – negara berkembang salah satunya adalah Indonesia. Kecamatan Tajinan dipilih sebagai lokasi studi karena merupakan kecamatan termiskin di Kabupaten Malang yang berbatasan langsung dengan Kota Malang. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui karakteristik kemiskinan di Kecamatan Tajian berdasarkan indikator kemiskinan yang dipublikasikan oleh World Bank dan satu indikator kemiskinan multidimensional. Tujuan kedua adalah memodelkan indikator kemiskinan dengan infrastruktur dan kondisi sosial yang kemudian dihasilkan arahan pengembangan berdasarkan permodelan tersebut. Analisis yang digunakan untuk mencapai tujuan penelitian adalah social network analysis, moran’s I, Local Indicator of Spatial Autocerrelation (LISA) dan analisis regresi spasial berdasarkan model ordinary least square, spatial lag model dan spatial error model. Berdasarkan perhitungan headcount index, Desa Pandanmulyo merupakan desa yang paling miskin dengan nilai 0.391. sedangkan dari tiga indeks yang lain Desa Gunungronggo merupakan desa dengan tingkat kemiskinan tertinggi masing masing human poverty index dengan nilai 0.084, poverty gap index dengan nilai 0.108 dan poverty severity index dengan nilai 0.031. Pada hasil permodelan spasial, menunjukkan dua indeks kemiskinan yang memiliki keterkaitan spasial antar wilayah sehingga arahan pengembangannya disesuaikan dengan hasil permodelan tersebut.
English Abstract
Poverty is complicated problem for almost countries around the world especially for developing countries like Indonesia. Tajinan District was chosen because it is the poorest subdistrict in Malang Region that is directly bordering with Malang City. The Purpose of this research is to find characteristic of poverty in Tajinan District depend on poverty indicator that was released by World Bank and one indicator for measure multidimensional poverty. The second is to find spatial model of poverty indicator depend on infrastructure and social condition then arrange the development strategic depend on model. Social network analysis, Moran’s I, Local Indicator of Spatial Autocorrelation (LISA) and spatial regression analysis depend on ordinary least square, spatial lag model and spatial error model are analyze for complete the purpose. Depend on headcount index measurement known that Pandanmulyo village is the poorest village which is the value is 0.391 while three others index shown that Gunungronggo village has highest level of poverty are for the human poverty index which is the value is 0.084, poverty gap index which is the value is 0.108 and poverty severity index which is the value is 0.031. From the result of spatial modelling known that there are two poverty index that shown spatial connectivity so the development strategic adjusted by those result.
