Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi mengenai kinerja karyawan yang dapat ditingkatkan melalui kepemimpinan melayani dan perilaku ekstra karyawan. Untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan dalam penelitian ini diteliti menggunakan variabel bebas Servant Leadership, Altruism, Conscientiousness, Sportmanship, Courtesy, dan Civic Virtue yang akan di uji pengaruh secara simultan dan pengaruh secara parsial dari masing-masing variabel bebas dengan menjadikan Kinerja Karyawan sebagai variabel terikat. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian explanatory research (penelitian penjelasan) dengan menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif kategori penelitian asosiatif bentuk hubungan kausal. Penelitian dilakukan pada AUTO2000 Malang Sutoyo Jl. Letjen Sutoyo No. 25 Kota Malang Jawa Timur. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 63 orang responden yang dihitung menggunakan rumus slovin dengan teknik Propotional Random Sampling. Skala pengukuran untuk item penelitian menggunakan skala Likert. Pada penelitian ini data diolah menggunakan software SPSS 16.0 for windows. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu Analisis Deskriptif, Uji Asumsi Klasik, Analisis Inferensial, Uji Koefisien Determinasi (R2), dan Uji Hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan ke enam variabel bebas yaitu Servant Leadership, Altruism, Conscientiousness, Sportmanship, Courtesy, dan Civic Virtue berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel Kinerja Karyawan. Secara parsial masing-masing dari ke enam variabel bebas yaitu Servant Leadership, Altruism, Conscientiousness, Sportmanship, Courtesy, dan Civic Virtue berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Akhir dari penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi bagi perusahaan untuk mengembangkan Servant Leadership dan 5 variabel dari konsep Organizational Citizenship Behaviour. Karyawan juga diharapkan lebih meningkatkan sikap toleransi dalam menghadapi keadaan perusahaan jika kondisi sedang kurang ideal agar ke lima variabel yang terkandung dalam konsep Organizational Citizenship Behaviour lebih terbentuk.

English Abstract

This research based on employee performace that can be improved through servant leadership and employee extra behaviour. To improve employee performance in this research accurately using free variable Servant Leadership, Altruism, Conscientiousness, Sportmanship, Courtesy, and Civic Virtue which is will be tested simultaneously influence and partially influence of each independent variable by making Employee Performance as dependent variable. This research uses explanatory research type (explanatory research) by using quantitative research of associative research category form causal relation. The research was conducted on AUTO2000 Malang Sutoyo street Letjen Sutoyo No. 25 Malang Citty East Java. Samples used many as 63 respondents calculated using the slovin formula with Propotional Random Sampling technique. Measurement scale for research items using Likert scale. In this research the data is processed using softwere SPSS 16.0 for windows. The analysis of the data used in this research is Descriptive Analysis, Classical Assumption Test, Inferential Analysis, Coefficient of Determination (R2) and Hypothesis Testing. The result showed that simultaneously to six independent variables are Leadership, Altruism, Conscientiousness, Sportmanship, Courtesy , and Civic Virtue have a significant effect on employee performance variable. Partially each of the six independent variables of Servant Leadership, Altruism, Conscientiousness, Sportmanship, Courtesy , and Civic Virtue have a significant effect on Employee Performance. The end of this research is expected to contribute for the company to development servant leadership and five variables from the concept of Organizational Citizenship Behaviour. Employees are also expected to increase tolerance in facing the company’s situation if the condition is less than ideal for the five variables contained in the concept of Organizational Citizenship Behaviour.
