Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menjelaskan pengaruh Employer Branding terhadap Turnover Intention dengan Dimediasi Kepuasan Kerja pada PT Angkasa Pura 1 (Persero) Kantor Cabang Bandar Udara Internasional Juanda. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah explanatory research, teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah Probability Sampling dengan metode Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada karyawan tetap PT Angkasa Pura 1 (Persero) Kantor Cabang Bandar Udara Internasional Juanda sebanyak 55 responden. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif dan analisis jalur (path analysis). Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel employer branding (X) berpengaruh signifikan dan negatif terhadap turnover intention (Y) sebesar - 0,341 atau 34,1% dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,035 (0,035<0,05). Variabel employer branding (X) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja (Z) sebesar 0,774 atau 77,4% dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 (0,000<0,05). Variabel kepuasan kerja (Z) berpengaruh signifikan dan negatif terhadap turnover intention (Y) sebesar -0,396 atau 39,6% dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,015 (0015<0,05).
English Abstract
This research have an intend to acknowledge and explain the effect of Employer Branding to Turnover Intention with Mediated Job Satisfaction at PT Angkasa Pura 1 (Persero) Juanda International Airport Branch Office. The type of research that has been used is explanatory research, the sampling technique that has been used was Probability Sampling with Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling method. The data collection technique has done by using distributed questioner to permanent employees of PT Angkasa Pura 1 (Persero) Juanda International Airport Branch Office with 55 respondents. The data analysis technique that has been used in this research is descriptive analysis and path analysis. The result of this research show that employer branding variable (X) has a significant and negative effect to turnover intention (Y) in the amount of -0.341 or 34.1% with a score significance as big as 0.035 (0.035<0.05). Employer branding variable (X) has a significant effect to job satisfaction (Z) in the amount of 0.774 or 77.4% with a score significance as big as 0.000 (0.000<0.05). Job satisfaction variable (Z) has a significant and negative effect to turnover intention (Y) in the amount of -0.396 or 39.6% with a score significance as big as 0.015 (0.015<0.05).
