Abstract
Taman wisata adalah suatu wilayah terbuka yang di tumbuhi berbagai tanaman yang memiliki fungsi sebagai obyek wisata, yang dapat dinikmati dan memiliki daya tarik wisata tertentu. Taman Wisata Wendit terletak di Desa Mangliawan, Kecamatan Pakis, Kabupaten Malang. Taman wisata ini tidak terlalu jauh dengan pusat Kota Malang yaitu kurang lebih 8 km, dan searah dengan penanjakan gunung Bromo. Taman ini memiliki luas 9 hektar yang memiliki banyak ruang hujau terbuka dan di tumbuhi banyak pohon besar. Selain terkenal dengan pemandiannya, wendit juga dikenal sebagai habitat monyet yang berjenis monyet ekor panjang (Macaca Fescicularis). Taman wisata Wendit di memiliki beberapa area dengan fungsi yang bermacam-macam yaitu area parkir, area pasar wisata, area theater, area plaza, area danau buatan, area bermain anak, area pemandian alami, area waterboom, area kolam spa, area kolam anak dan area kolam arus. Namun perkembangan yang ada pada saat ini, dengan berbagai fasilitas yang ada di sana tidak semua area memiliki pemanfaatan yang baik. Beberapa area tidak memiliki aktivitas, dan desain yang ada tidak sesuai dengan kecenderungan aktivitas pelaku. Sehingga tidak semua area taman wisata ramai, keramaian hanya berpusat pada area- area tertentu saja. Penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Peneliti melakukan pengamatan dan observasi di lapangan, maka data yang diperoleh akan dianalisis dengan metode analisis kualitatif dimana menampilkan pemetaan Place Centered Mapping dengan penjelasan berupa annotated diagram pada pemetaan tersebut. Metode atau teknik ini adalah pemetaan berdasarkan tempat dimana kegiatan berlangsung, bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana manusia atau kelompok manusia memanfaatkan, menggunakan, atau mengakomodasi perilakunya dalam suatu situasi waktu dan tempat tertentu.
English Abstract
Tourist park is an open area overgrown with various plants that have a function as a tourist attraction, which can be enjoyed and have a certain tourist attraction. Wendit Park is located in Mangliawan Village, Pakis District, Malang Regency. This tourist park is not too far with the center of Malang is approximately 8 km, and in the direction of mountain climbing Bromo. The park has an area of 9 hectares which has a lot of open space hujau and tumbuhi many large trees. In addition to its well-known baths, wendit is also known as the monkey habitat of the long-tailed monkey type (Macaca Fescicularis). Wendit tourist park in has several areas with various functions namely parking area, tourist market area, theater area, plaza area, artificial lake area, children play area, natural bath area, waterboom area, spa pool area, children pool area and current pool area. But the current developments, with the various facilities that exist there not all areas have a good utilization. Some areas have no activity, and existing designs do not match the perpetrator's activity trend. So that not all areas of the tourist park is crowded, the crowd only centered on certain areas only. This research is a descriptive qualitative research. Researcher doing observation and observation in the field, then the data obtained will be analyzed by qualitative analysis method which displays the mapping of Place Centered Mapping with annotated diagram in the mapping. This method or technique is a mapping based on the place where the activity takes place, aims to knowhow humans or groups of people use, use, or accommodate their behavior in a given situation of time and place.
