Abstract
Musculoskeletal Disorder (MSDs) merupakan salah satu keluhan pekerja pada sistem gerak tubuh (otot, tulang, sendi, syaraf). MSDS sering dialami oleh pekerja manufaktur atau jasa akibat posisi kerja yang salah. Rapid Upper Limb Assessment (RULA) dan Rapid Entire Body Assessment (REBA) dikembangkan sebagai metode identifikasi postur kerja dengan pendekatan ergonomi, untuk mengurangi risiko terjadinya keluhan MSDs. Dalam sistem evaluasi postur kerja dengan metode RULA dan REBA terdapat 3 macam cara pengerjaan, yaitu manual (worksheet), aplikasi di komputer, dan aplikasi di smartphone. Berdasarkan hasil analisis sistem dengan menggunakan PIECES diperoleh kelemahan sistem saat ini, yaitu penggunaan alat atau perangkat pendukung lain yang masih tinggi, yang berakibat pada biaya dan waktu pengerjaan yang tinggi. Serta belum adanya informasi berupa panduan evaluasi postur kerja dengan RULA dan REBA secara tepat. Berdasarkan kondisi tersebut, dilakukan perancangan sistem pengerjaan evaluasi postur kerja dengan metode RULA dan REBA dengan sistem operasi Android, dengan memaksimalkan fitur perangkat smartphone sesuai kebutuhan aktivitas evaluasi, serta adanya informasi (panduan) prosedur evaluasi secara tepat. Perancangan aplikasi dilakukan dengan metode Waterfall dan diimplementasikan kedalam bahasa pemrograman Java (Android) dengan software Android Studio. Hasil perancangan yang telah dilakukan menghasilkan 4 fungsi utama aplikasi, yaitu fungsi pengambilan data postur kerja (kamera dan galeri), pengukuran sudut, pengisian additional adjusment, dan penampilan hasil evaluasi. Aplikasi hasil rancangan kemudian diuji secara fungsi, akurasi dan kinerja untuk memastikan kesesuaian aplikasi hasi rancangan dengan spesifikasi kebutuhan di awal. Dari hasil pengujian yang telah dilakukan kepada calon pengguna, aplikasi Work Posture Evaluation (WPE) dapat mengurangi penggunaan alat maupun aplikasi penunjang dari fungsi aplikasi tersebut. Selain itu, adanya aplikasi ini, juga memberi manfaat dalam menunjang aktivitas evaluasi postur kerja oleh surveyor, dan menumbuhkan kesadaran akan pentingnya kesehatan postur kerja.

Musculoskeletal Disorder (MSDs) is one of the worker’s complaints in the motion body system (muscle, bone, joint, nerves). Manufacture or service workers often suffer the MSDs problem due to the wrong job posture. Rapid Upper Limb Assessment (RULA) and Rapid Entire Body Assessment (REBA) were developed as a method for identifying work posture with ergonomic approach, to reduce the risk of MSDs complaints. In the evaluation system of working posture using RULA and REBA there are 3 kinds of method, which are manual (worksheet), application in computer, and application in smartphone. Based on the results of the system analysis obtained using PIECES, the current weakness of the system is the high use of tools or other supporting devices, which result in high cost and time of workmanship. There is not enough information in the form of evaluation manual work posture with RULA and REBA appropriately. This design is run with the Android operating system by maximizing the smartphone device features according to the needs of evaluation activities, and the information (guidance) of the evaluation procedures appropriately. The Application design process use Waterfall method and implemented in Android Studio Software using Java Language Designing process has produce 4 main functions of application, there are function of taking work posture data (camera and gallery), angle measurement, additional adjusment filling, and performance evaluation result. The design results are tested in functionality, accuracy and performance to ensure the suitability with the initial needs specification. From the results of testing that has been done to potential users, Work Posture Evaluation (WPE) applications can reduce the use of tools and supporting applications of the application function. Furthermore, this application also provides benefits in supporting the work posture evaluation by surveyors and build awareness on the importance of work posture.
