Abstract
Jalan Tlogomas merupakan salah satu dari lima jalan provinsi yang terdapat dikota Malang. Jalan Tlogomas juga masuk kedalam 2 status jalan (jalan provinsi dan jalan nasional), sehingga koridor jalan ini merupakan koridor jalan yang selalu ramai dan selalu dilewati oleh moda baik kendaraan roda dua, empat dan pejalan kaki. Beragam aktifitas yang terdapat pada koridor jalan ini juga dipengaruhi oleh fungsi bangunan yang terdapat pada koridor jalan dimana fungsi bangunan pada koridor jalan Tlogomas yaitu komersial (perdagangan dan jasa). Koridor studi belum memperhatikan aspek penataan ruang (aspek kenyamanan spasial dan visual) yang sesuai dengan aktifitas didalamnnya (kenyamanan bagi pejalan kaki) sehingga perlu dievaluasi kenyamanan spasial dan visual ruang pejalan kaki pada koridor jalan Tlogomas. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Analisis kualitatif dengan melakukan survey mengenai kondisi eksisting yang terdapat pada kawasan studi sehingga didapat data primer kemudian disandingkan dengan teori dan atau regulasi kemudian metode kuantitatif melakukan penyebaran kuisioner. Hasil penelitian mengevaluasi kenyamanan spasial dan visual ruang pejalan kaki pada koridor jalan Tlogomas terhadap karakter fisik, regulasi dan atau teori dan persepsi masyarakat.
English Abstract
Tlogomas road is one of five provincial roads in Malang city. Tlogomas Road also goes into 2 road status (provincial road and national road), so the corridor of this road is always crowded and always by good mode two-wheeled vehicles, four and pedestrians. Variety of activities contained in the corridor of this road is also influenced by the function of the building contained in the road corridor where the building function on the corridor of Tlogomas street that is commercial (trade and services). The corridors of the study have not considered the spatial and visual aspects of the spatial and visual comfort aspects of the activity (comfort for pedestrians), so it is necessary to evaluate the spatial and visual comfort of pedestrian spaces on the road corridor of Tlogomas. This research method using quantitative and qualitative methods. Qualitative analysis by conducting a survey of the existing conditions contained in the study area to obtain primary data and then juxtaposed with the theory and / or regulation and then the quantitative method of doing distribution of questionnaires. The results evaluate the spatial and visual comfort of pedestrian spaces in the corridor of Tlogomas road to the physical, regulatory and / or theories and perceptions of the community.
