Abstract

Kota Malang merencanakan menjadi Kota Kreatif, yang didukung dengan adanya industri kreatif, salah satunya yaitu industri animasi. Industri animasi sebagai salah satu sektor penggerak ekonomi kreatif di Kota Malang yang didukung dengan adanya lingkungan pengembangan (quadruple helix) dan dinaungi oleh Komunitas Forum Animasi Malang. Komunitas FAM sebagai komunitas yang mewadahi kegiatan industri animasi mengalami beberapa kendala terkait fasilitasi pengembangan keterampilan, teknologi, media promosi, serta kerjasama dalam memperluas jaringan. Oleh karena itu dibutuhkan strategi dan rencana aksi untuk menyelesaikan kendala tersebut, maka dalam penelitian ini dilakukan analisis linkage system, analisis peran aktor, analisis PESTLE, sehingga dapat dirumuskan visi “Terwujudnya Komunitas FAM sebagai Inkubator Industri Animasi yang Berbasis Jasa Produksi Animasi dan Produksi Konten Animasi” dengan value customer intimacy. Visi tersebut diterjemahkan ke dalam tiga misi, kemudian ketercapaian misi (critical success factor) diidentifikasi dengan menggunakan metode balanced scorecard hingga dihasilkan 6 ukuran keberhasilan (critical success factor) dan 5 strategi. kemudian merumuskan suatu rencana strategis melalui SWOT sehingga menjadi 19 rencana aksi terkait peningkatan akses jaringan klien, teknologi, dan sumber daya manusia

English Abstract

Graphic design creative industry is one of the top creative industry in Malang that gives big contribution to Gross Domestic Regional Product (GDRP), which is 11,6%. The growth of graphic design creative industry in Malang got support from quadruplehelix actor of Malang, especially from community actor that is ADGI Malang Community. The purpose of this research is to make an action plan of graphic design development in Malang with implementing ADGI Malang Community. The graphic design action plan in Malang conducted by doing internal assessment from the graphic design subsystem and external assessment of graphic design in Malang by using some analysis tools, such as PESTEL analysis, linkage system, actor analysis and SWOT analysis. The planning method that used in this research is strategic planning because in the preparation of the action plan there is a value shift of graphic design, also vision, mission and development strategy that is measured by critical success factor to produce the implications of graphic design program using value proposition operational excellence. The result of strategic planning is the Vision of ADGI Malang Community of 2018-2022 “The Realization of ADGI Malang Community Based on Creative Ideas through Synergy Work Efficiency” supported by 3 missions, 6 development strategies, 11 programs and 24 graphic design action plan. The output of this research is expected to serve as a direction by ADGI Malang Community to develop graphic design creative industry in Malang.
