Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan menguji pengaruh antara variabel-variabel yang diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Pengaruh yang diuji antara lain pengaruh secara parsial antara Pelatihan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan dan Penilaian Kinerja terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan, serta pengaruh secara simultan antara Pelatihan dan Penilaian Kinerja terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode explanatory research dengan pendekatan kuantitatif melalui kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Sampel pada penelitian ini berjumlah 63 responden. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif. Variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Pelatihan (X), Penilaian Kinerja (Z), dan Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan (Y). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara Pelatihan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan dan terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara Penilaian Kinerja terhadap KepuasanKerja Karyawan, serta terdapat pengaruh secara simultan yang signifikan antara Pelatihan dan Penilaian Kinerja terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan.
English Abstract
This study is conducted in order to analyze and examine the relationship between the variables of this study. The Impacts studied in this study are the impact of partial influence of Training on Employee Job Satisfaction, Performance Appraisal on Employee Job Satisfaction, and Simultant influece of Training and Performance Appraisal on Job Satisfaction of Employee. This research used explanatory research with a quantitave approach through questionnaires and documentation. Samples in this study amounted to 63 respondents. This research using descriptive statistics analysis. Variable in this research are training (X1), performance appraisal (X2), and employee job satisfaction (Y). The result of this research shows that there is a partial significant influence of Training on Employee Job Satisfaction, and Performance Appraisal on Job Satisfaction of Employee, and there is significant influenece simultant of Training and Performance appraisal on Employee Job Satisfaction.
