Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi penerimaan pengguna Sistem Informasi Manajemen Rumah Sakit (SIMRS) di Rumah Sakit Daerah Kalisat. Hasil pengamatan pada penerapan sistem saat ini, menunjukkan bahwa SIMRS belum digunakan dengan konsisten dan penuh komitmen oleh seluruh karyawan. Mengingat besarnya investasi untuk implementasi SIMRS, serta manfaat yang diharapkan dari SIMRS untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan kinerja layanan rumah sakit perlu dilakukan evaluasi terhadap penerimaan pengguna, dengan meneliti faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi karyawan untuk menerima dan menggunakan SIMRS, sehingga dapat dilakukan upaya untuk meningkatkan konsistensi dan komitmen dari karyawan dalam meggunakan SIMRS. Penelitian ini menggunakan model yang digunakan Gajayanake et al. sebagai modifikasi dari Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). Kuesioner digunakan sebagai instrumen penelitian untuk pengumpulan data, yang dikembangkan melalui pengujian oleh ahli serta pilot study. Sampel pada penelitian ini berjumlah 56 orang dan metode penarikan sampel yang digunakan adalah Proportional Stratified Random Sampling. Teknik analisis data menggunakan metode Partial Least Square, dimana analisis PLS dibagi menjadi pengujian Outer Model dan Inner Model. Melalui hasil pengujian hipotesis, terbukti bahwa tidak terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan dari persepsi kegunaan terhadap niat karyawan dalam menggunakan SIMRS, terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan dari Sikap terhadap niat karyawan untuk menggunakan SIMRS. Serta tidak dapat ditemukan adanya efek mediasi oleh sikap karena tidak terdapat pengaruh langung yang positif dan signifikan dari persepsi kegunaan terhadap kecenderungan perilaku. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan, tidak terdapat pengaruh dari persepsi kegunaan terhadap niat penggunaan karyawan didukung oleh fakta yang diperoleh melalui observasi dan wawancara bahwa penerapan SIMRS saat ini belum dapat mendukung pencatatan riwayat penyakit pasien pada rekam medis dan tidak dapat sepenuhnya mendukung kegiatan pelaporan rumah sakit, sehingga persepsi kegunaan tidak menjadi faktor pendorong dalam penerimaan SIMRS. Selain itu, sikap yang dimiliki karyawan terbukti dapat meningkatkan niat karyawan untuk menggunakan SIMRS, sehingga setiap karyawan perlu diberi kesempatan untuk menggunakan SIMRS secara konsisten agar dapat membangun sikap positif mereka terhadap SIMRS.
English Abstract
The goal of this study is to evaluate the acceptance of Hospital Management Information System (SIMRS) at Rumah Sakit Daerah Kalisat. The observations result on the current system implementation, indicate that SIMRS has not been used consistently and with full commitment by all employees. The large amount of investment for SIMRS implementation, as well as the expected benefits of SIMRS to improve the efficiency and service performance of hospital, become the main reason to evaluate user acceptance, by examining the factors that influence employees to accept and use SIMRS, in order to improve employees’s consistency and commitment in using SIMRS. This study uses the model that had been used by Gajayanake et al. as a modification of the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). Questionnaire used as a research instrument for data collection, and was developed through expert judgment and pilot study. The sample amount of this study is 56 people and the sampling method used is Proportional Stratified Random Sampling. Data analysis technique used Partial Least Square method, where PLS analysis is divided into Outer Model and Inner Model testing. Through the hypothesis testing, it is proved that there is no positive and significant effect from the perceived usefulness towards employee intention to use SIMRS, there is a positive and significant effect from attitude towards employee intention to use SIMRS. And can not be found any mediation effect by attitude because there is no positive and significant positive effect from perceived usefulness towards behavioral intention. The evaluation shows that there is no effect from perceived usefulness towards the employee’s usage intention where the result is supported by the facts obtained through the observation that the current SIMRS implementation can not support the patient's disease record on the medical record and can not fully support reporting activities, so the perceived usefulness is not the main factor in the acceptance of SIMRS. In addition, employee attitudes proved to be a factor that can improves employee intentions to use SIMRS, so that every employee should be given the opportunity to use SIMRS consistently in order to build their positive attitude toward SIMRS.
